Illegals Who Receive Obama’s Amnesty Can Claim Over $35K in First Year

Illegals Who Receive Obama’s Amnesty Can Claim Over $35K in First Year:

"A new Congressional Research Service memo indicates that illegal immigrants who are able to obtain Social Security Numbers and work permits as a result of President Obama’s executive amnesty could claim $35,521 per family with three children.  And this is just the first year alone."

This is beyond insanity!  The regime knows exactly what it's doing.  The executive and his social/communist cronies are doing everything they can to destroy the United States.  They are overloading the system.  This is what Cloward and Piven taught.  This is what Obama studied and has been implementing.

WAKE UP AMERICA!

Wayne LaPierre: “Universal Background Checks” Mean Gun Registration, Gun Bans and Confiscation

Wayne LaPierre: “Universal Background Checks” Mean Gun Registration, Gun Bans and Confiscation | The Daily Caller:
"Only in the Orwellian world of double-speak employed by President Barack Obama and billionaire elitist Michael Bloomberg would nonsense be hailed as “common sense.”
Take gun registration masquerading as “universal background checks”—their latest mantra that mandates the recording of data on lawful gun transfers.
This scheme focuses only on peaceable citizens, not violent criminals who are already prohibited under federal and state laws from even touching, much less purchasing, any firearm.
Facts tell us that criminalizing private transfers of firearms among family members and friends under a universal background check system would do nothing to prevent “gun violence,” and importantly, would not have prevented the profound tragedies that gun banners use to promote such a system. Perpetrators of those acts either successfully passed background checks to get the guns or they stole the guns.
What’s more, gun transfers universally requiring approval by the government cannot be enforced without mandatory gun registration, as Obama’s Justice Department has already admitted. At some point, the government has to argue,
“Without registration, we won’t know who had the gun in the first place.”
Whether the initial proposal includes a government registry of firearm transfers or firearm owners, that’s the end game."

Six eye-opening things you might not have known about Islam from a top Shariah lawyer | TheBlaze.com

Six eye-opening things you might not have known about Islam from a top Shariah lawyer | TheBlaze.com:
"Recently we conducted an extensive interview with a former top Iranian Shariah lawyer and author of “Honor Killing: A Professional’s Guide to Sexual Relations and Ghayra Violence from the Islamic Sources,” Daniel Akbari, on the nature of Islam and Shariah law generally, and in particular its dictates regarding violence against women.
While reading Akbari’s book, we came across a passage describing six principles in Islam that we thought might be particularly eye-opening for readers. These include:"

Public unions banned from representing non-dues-paying employees in Rep. Gary Glenn's proposal

Public unions banned from representing non-dues-paying employees in Rep. Gary Glenn's proposal | MLive.com:
LANSING, MI -- State Rep. Gary Glenn, R-Midland, says it's time Michigan gets "back on the national scoreboard" with Right to Work legislation.
Glenn, a first-year lawmaker who represents part of Midland and Bay counties, is drafting two bills that seek to do that.
The first bill would extend Right to Work provisions to public safety personnel, the only group exempted in the 2012 Michigan law that bans a requirement that employees pay union dues as a condition of employment.
The other bill, which would impact even more workers statewide, would ban all public sector unions from representing anyone who is not a dues-paying member of that union.
"It would amend state law for government employee unions and would say that government employee unions can represent only employees who voluntarily join and pay dues," Glenn said.
He said the bill would impact anyone employed in the public sector, including public school teachers and all state, county and city employees.
Glenn predicts many union officials will oppose the bill because it threatens the labor groups' power and authority...

School evicts voluntary Bible club after anti-Christian group complains

School evicts voluntary Bible club after anti-Christian group complains - EAGnews.org: "HUDSONVILLE, Mich. – A Michigan anti-religion group is all cheers after it successfully pressured a local school district into evicting a church-run RV Bible study mobile from an elementary school parking lot.
The Michigan Association of Civil Rights Activists – a group that strives to eradicate any reference to religion in public life – successfully forced the Hudsonville School District to ban a camper that parked at Hudsonville South Elementary School to teach students about the bible during lunch and recess, WZZM 13 reports.
MACRA contends a concerned parent contacted the group about the camper run by Bible Club Ministries before MACRA staffers took pictures of the camper, as well as a flyer inside the school, and called to confront school officials...

New Bill Gives the Attorney General the Power to Block Gun Sales to ‘Suspected’ Terrorists

New Bill Gives the Attorney General the Power to Block Gun Sales to ‘Suspected’ Terrorists | TheBlaze.com:
"One example of how that authority could be abused was revealed last week, when it was reported that the Department of Homeland Security had produced an intelligence assessment that focuses on terrorist attacks from right-wing groups interested in defending themselves from the federal government.
That led to more criticism that the Obama administration is not worried enough about radical Islamic terrorist threats, and is overly worried about right-wing groups."

Greedy scum!!----'If It's Not Illegal, It Should Be'

'If It's Not Illegal, It Should Be' [Michigan Capitol Confidential]:
"...“sweetheart” deal between the Lansing School District and the president of the state’s largest teachers union.
The district has for several years allowed Michigan Education Association President Steve Cook to be considered a “school employee.”
This lets Cook remain a member of the public school pension system, despite the fact that he actually works full time for a private organization.
Moreover, Cook is accruing pension benefits based on his $201,613 union salary, setting him up for a much higher post-retirement payout from the underfunded system. This is commonly known as “pension spiking.”
“It’s absolutely inappropriate,” said Jones. “It should not be happening.”
Jones said the public school employee retirement system is supposed to be “for actual school employees and not people listed as school employees who are actually MEA employees.
It makes absolutely no sense at all.
It’s just plain wrong.
And it needs to be stopped.”
Michigan Capitol Confidential reported Cook's apparent pension spiking deal with the Lansing School District on Thursday.
The complete ramifications of the deal are not clear because the MEA has not responded to questions, and the Lansing School District has refused to provide details, after first answering some basic questions."

The FBI and Domestic ISIS Arrest: Keeping Fear Alive as a Government Mission

The FBI and Domestic ISIS Arrest: Keeping Fear Alive as a Government Mission - Hit & Run : Reason.com:
Glenn Greenwald at The Intercept has some perspective worth keeping in mind regarding this week's spincter-tightening announcement of Domestic ISIS! Right here in New York City!
As my colleague Murtaza Hussain ably documents“it appears that none of the three men was in any condition to travel or support the Islamic State, without help from the FBI informant.” One of the frightening terrorist villains told the FBI informant that, beyond having no money, he had encountered a significant problem in following through on the FBI’s plot: his mom had taken away his passport. Noting the bizarre and unhinged ranting of one of the suspects, Hussain noted on Twitter that this case “sounds like another victory for the FBI over the mentally ill.”
Greenwald notes with some case studies (see some clips by me at the end of the post on the same theme) that so many of the FBI's victories over terror involve their own nudging otherwise harmless people along to do or say things they can be arrested for—what Greenwald summarizes, in this week's domestic ISIS case and others, as giving us cause to "thank the brave men and women of the FBI for saving us from their own terror plots." resulting in "sending young people to prison for decades for “crimes” which even their sentencing judges acknowledge they never would have seriously considered, let alone committed, in the absence of FBI trickery."
Greenwald asks a question I've been asking since at least 2006 about the domestic terror threat:
how serious of a threat can all of this be, at least domestically, if the FBI continually has to resort to manufacturing its own plots by trolling the Internet in search of young drifters and/or the mentally ill whom they target, recruit and then manipulate into joining? Does that not, by itself, demonstrate how over-hyped and insubstantial this “threat” actually is? Shouldn’t there be actual plots, ones that are created and fueled without the help of the FBI, that the agency should devote its massive resources to stopping?

A top Shariah lawyer’s stunning response to the question: ‘Is there such a thing as moderate Islam?’

A top Shariah lawyer’s stunning response to the question: ‘Is there such a thing as moderate Islam?’ | TheBlaze.com:
"During the extensive interview, which you can skip to here, we had a chance to ask him a series of questions on the nature of Islam, its goals, tactics, how Western Muslims become jihadists, and all mannr of other topics.
But it was in response to a question on whether there is such a thing as moderate Islam that Mr. Akbari, a man who studied at the seat of Shia religious learning at the Tehran University School of Law, and specialized in criminal and family law before leaving Iran, gave perhaps his most stunning response of all, stating:"

Crazy Laws: Don't Seduce An Unmarried Woman or Dance to the National Anthem In Michigan

Crazy Laws: Don't Seduce An Unmarried Woman or Dance to the National Anthem In Michigan [Michigan Capitol Confidential]:
"A man seducing and corrupting the moral purity of an unmarried woman is a felony with possible prison time.
Throwing a few bucks into the office college basketball tournament pool is illegal gambling.
And playing the national anthem for people to dance to is a misdemeanor.
Though routinely broken and ignored by citizens and government officials, these laws and more are on the books in Michigan.
In fact, there are so many statutes in the state code that it is likely every resident would be considered a criminal if the codes actually were prosecuted.
State and federal laws are being added so quickly that the average citizen commits three felonies per day and cannot possibly figure them all out, said attorney Harvey Silverglate.
...“An excess of laws is very bad for society,” Silverglate said. “It saps the vitality of a state or nation for citizens to have to spend so much time figuring out if they may or may not take a certain action — with a misjudgment at their peril.”"

3 Charts That Show The FCC is Full of Malarkey on Net Neutrality and Title II

3 Charts That Show The FCC is Full of Malarkey on Net Neutrality and Title II - Hit & Run : Reason.com:

FCC
But it turns out, at least according to the FCC—the very agency that now says it needs to regulate the Internet like a public utility in order to ensure a free and open Internet—that the idea of monopoly ISPs is false.

According to this FCC chart, 80 percent of households in America have at least two fixed and/or mobile providers that offer "at least 10 Mbps downstream speeds," which until recently was far above what the agency concerned high-speed broadband. In 2010, the FCC defined as service that offered a 4Mbps downstream and 1Mbps upstream. Just a few weeks ago, it arbitrarily upped its definition to be 25Mbps downstream and 3Mbps upstream. (Net oldtimers will remember the old days of 56k modems and the like.) At the end of 2012, says the FCC, fully 96 percent of households had two or more providers offering 6Mbps downstream and 1.5Mbps upstream service. That may not give you all the bandwidth you want at any given moment, but it also presents a picture different than the monopoly situation that many Net Neutrality proponents rail against. (If you're curious about options in your area, check out the National Broadband Map.)

Unregistered Democrats-in-Waiting - The Rush Limbaugh Show

Unregistered Democrats-in-Waiting - The Rush Limbaugh Show:

"The report comes following the Internal Revenue Service’s confirmation that once illegal immigrants are granted Social Security Numbers -- as a result of Obama’s executive actions -- they will be able to file back tax returns and obtain up to four years of tax benefits, including the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) and the Child Tax Credit (CTC)."

So we're gonna have some retroactive tax benefits as well.  We're going to give them Social Security numbers and all the rest of it, work permits, as part of executive amnesty, and then we're gonna say, "We should have given it to you four years ago.  Our bad.  You have been mistreated.  So since we should have done this for you four years ago, we're gonna let you refile your tax returns from four years ago."  This is going to result in many of the people we're talking about being given tax refund benefits totaling $35,000."

Louie Gohmert Explodes Over Obama’s Immigration Action: Laws Can’t Be ‘Spoken Into Being in This Country!’ | TheBlaze.com:

"Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-Texas) on Friday teed off on President Barack Obama for seizing power from Congress and essentially writing his own immigration law, and said Obama did so by speaking a law into existence.

“This president didn’t even have the gumption to write an executive order and sign it,” Gohmert said on the House floor. “He spoke his new amnesty law into being, and then [Homeland Security Secretary] Jeh Johnson did a memo.”

Ted Cruz Calls Out Hillary, His Own Party During Fiery CPAC Speech: ‘Talk Is Cheap’ | TheBlaze.com

Ted Cruz Calls Out Hillary, His Own Party During Fiery CPAC Speech: ‘Talk Is Cheap’ | TheBlaze.com: "

Talk is cheap,” Cruz said, challenging all those presidential hopefuls who pledge their conservative bona fides at CPAC to actually point to when they’ve “stood up and fought” for pro-life, pro-Israel, anti-illegal immigration issues. “If you have a candidate who’s stood up against Democrats, that’s great. When have you been willing to stand against Republicans?”

The “biggest divide” in America isn’t between Republicans and Democrats, Cruz said — it’s ”between career politicians in Washington and the American people.”

Fox News’ Sean Hannity took the stage to ask Cruz a few questions, among them, “What would be the top five items on President Cruz’ agenda?”
