The man, Kassem Eid, survived a 2013 chemical attack in Syria, and was speaking to Baldwin following President Donald Trump’s airstrikes against President Bashar al-Assad’s government after another chemical attack this week on civilians, to include children.
“What you did was amazing, what you did was a powerful message of hope for a lot of people inside and outside of Syria,” Eid said directly to Trump in a show of gratitude.
All the while, Baldwin is trying to break away.
Earlier, Eid ripped not only CNN, but Hillary Clinton and her merry band of unhinged liberals who where demonstrating against Trump’s travel ban.
“I didn’t see you three days ago when people were gassed to death, when civilians were gassed to death,” he said. 

“I didn’t see you in 2013 when 1,400 people were gassed to death. 

I didn’t see you raising your voice against President [Barack] Obama’s inaction in Syria that led us refugees… that made us refugees get kicked out of Syria.”
And Eid made it clear that Syrians want to stay in their own country.
“If you really care about refugees, if you really care about helping us, please, help us stay in our — in our country,” he added. “We don’t want to come to the United States. 

We want to stay in our country, with all due respect.
“This is hypocrisy.

What a parable for our times the great diesel scandal has been, as councils vie to see which can devise the heaviest taxes on nearly half the cars in Britain because they are powered by nasty, polluting diesel.
This week, it was announced many diesel drivers will soon have to pay fully £24 a day to drive into Central London, while 35 towns across the country are thinking of following suit. 

Already some councils charge up to £90 more for a permit to park a diesel car.
The roots of this debacle go back to the heyday of Tony Blair’s government, when his chief scientific adviser, Sir David King, became obsessed with the need to fight global warming.
Although he was an expert in ‘surface chemistry’ — roughly speaking, the study of what happens when, for example, a liquid meets a gas — King had no qualifications in climate science.
'Every single green scheme politicians have fallen for has failed to achieve any of the results claimed for them and costing us more billions every year'...
...His light-bulb moment came when he learned that diesel emits less CO2 than petrol. 

What a brilliant way it would be to save the planet, he thought, to manipulate the tax system to encourage motorists to make the switch — which millions did.
And here we are 15 years later, being told that, as an unexpected side-effect, more than ten million diesel vehicles on Britain’s roads are chucking out so much nitrogen oxide and other toxic pollutants they are being linked to 12,000 premature deaths a year.

In a nutshell, Trump vowed to fix the job-killing, out-of-control, crazy regulations harming businesses.  
Trump said, "One of my first acts as president was to stop one of the great sellouts of the American worker."  
Calling NAFTA a disaster, Trump said he took us out of the Trans-Pacific Partnership.  
The audience erupted with applause. 

It dawned on me: this guy is simply implementing commonsense policies in the best interest of America and her citizens who elected him.  
So why is the American left responding with such unprecedented vitriol and bold, treasonous obstructionism?  
The simple answer is that leftists hate America and her biblical values.  
Therefore, when Trump came along vowing to make America great again, he ignited the leftists' hate, fear, and rage.  Why such hate for one's own homeland?

Before you call me crazy, let us review.

During a leisurely Sunday stroll along a San Francisco pier with her dad, Kate Steinle was shot and killed by an illegal alien who had been deported five times but kept coming back to the sanctuary city.  
Kate's last words were "Help me, Dad." 

Compassionately, Bill O'Reilly asked Congress to pass Kate's Law, which imposed a mandatory five-year federal prison sentence on deported illegals who keep coming back. 

The American left, the city of San Francisco, Democrats, and fake news media said screw you to the Steinle family, and screw you, American people.  
Senate Democrats blocked Kate's Law.  
Why would the left so vehemently oppose this commonsense protection of American lives?

Even now, when Trump has vowed to cut funding to cities who refuse to comply with federal law, sanctuary city mayors are giving Trump and the American people the middle finger.  
Why?

The Fort Hood shooting, the Boston Marathon bombing, the San Bernardino shooting, and the Orlando nightclub massacre, to name a few, were Islamic terrorist attacks on innocent Americans.  And yet in every instance, the Obama administration, with high praise from leftists, rushed to protect and defend Islam..."

"The public university that gave us Melissa “Muscle” Click – and announced open season on student journalists that try to cover social justice warriors – continues to suffer fallout from the November 2015 melee.

The University of Missouri is shutting down three dorms next year because of low freshman enrollment, The Maneater reports.

Technically they are being taken “offline” to see if enrollment bumps back up, and “most or all” staff will keep their jobs, Residential Life Director Frankie Minor said in an email obtained by the paper:

“Historically every year between now and August, various situations occur that result in position openings, e.g. normal attrition and voluntary staff choices, as well as unplanned academic or personal challenges,” the email said. “If necessary, we will offer alternative employment opportunities at comparable compensation to the remaining staff.”

This is on top of four other dorms that were already scheduled to go “offline” because of plummeting enrollment. Two of them – no joke – are named “Respect” and “Excellence.”..."

"Liberal reporters are outraged that conservative media outlets are receiving a significant share of questions at White House press conferences.

Only liberal reporters, the line of reasoning goes, are capable of asking the tough questions needed to hold those in power accountable. Here are a sample of questions asked of former President Obama by liberal news outlets.

1. “Golf, what does it do for you?” – CBSCBS’s Harry Smith opened an interview with Obama during his first year in office by mocking the notion that liberal reporters could be biased and then concluded it by asking the leader of the free world about golf. “Golf, what does it do for you?” the brave reporter asked.
2. “I’m wondering if you think that [Republican presidential candidates are] uninformed, out of touch, or irresponsible?” – CNNCNN reporters have been especially indignant that conservative media outlets are being called on at White House press conferences. But the outlet’s journalists weren’t always so tough on the White House. In November 2011, CNN’s Dan Lothian spoke truth to power by asking then-President Obama if he thought Republican presidential candidates Michele Bachmann and Herman Cain were “uninformed, out of touch, or irresponsible?“
3. “Do you have a vindictive streak?” -NBCNBC “Nightly News” anchor Lester Holt, who moderated one of the 2016 presidential debates, held Obama’s feet to the fire in one of his last interviews as president with questions like: “Do you have a vindictive streak?”
4. What has “Enchanted you the most from serving in this office?” – The New York TimesEarly on in Obama’s presidency, New York Times reporter Jeff Zeleny — with a straight face — asked Obama about what most “enchanted” him in his first 100 days in office.

   In one of the harder-hitting questions of all time, CBS reporter Harry Smith asked Obama about the way he acquired feelings. “In this fatherless world, where did you learn to love?” Smith asked.
6. “What hard things do you want to tackle at this point?” – CNNCNN’s Jim Acosta, who has been especially upset about conservative media access to the White House, held Obama’s feet to the fire by noting, “it seems that you’ve built up some political capital for the remaining months of your presidency,” before asking: “What hard things do you want to tackle at this point?”
7. “Are you ready to call yourself the ‘comeback kid’?” – ReutersReuters’s Caren Bohan gushed over Obama at a 2010 press conference, saying he “racked up a lot of wins in the last few weeks that a lot of people thought would be difficult to come by” before asking: “Are you ready to call yourself the ‘comeback kid’?
8. “You definitely have some impressive accomplishments….And more than a lot of presidents who manage to get reelected. My question is, is it enough?” – CBS CBS’s Steve Kroft was mocked in 2011 when he spent an interview with Obama on “60 Minutes” lobbing softball question after softball question, including this remarkable exchange:

   KROFT: You definitely have some impressive accomplishments.

   OBAMA: Thank you, Steve.

   KROFT: No, you do. And more than a lot of presidents who manage to get reelected. My question is, is it enough? Why do you think you deserve to be reelected?

   The Atlantic’s Conor Friedersdorf called the interview “a typical example of a broadcast journalist failing to hold a powerful politician accountable.”
9. “Have you given up on the Republicans?” – CBSNot to be content with praising the interviewee’s accomplishments, Kroft went on to ask the president whether he had “given up” on the GOP. “Have you given up on the Republicans?” Kroft asked. “Have you stopped reaching out to them? Are you just out there now trying to get your message across?”
10. “Tell me, what do you consider your major accomplishments?” – CBS (Again)
    After buttering Obama up with soft questions about his golf game and whether he had given up on Republicans, Kroft finally went in for the kill. “Tell me, what do you consider your major accomplishments?” he asked. The Washington Free Beacon compiled some of Kroft’s most openly affectionate moments towards Obama.

    CNBC’s John Harwood, whose closeness with the Clinton campaign was exposed by WikiLeaks last year, found it necessary to ask the president in 2009 how he avoids “being too cocky.” “How confident are you that your plan is going to work, and how do you avoid the dangers of being too cocky?” Harwood asked.
13. “How does your golf game hold up next to Tiger’s?” – ABC
    In 2013, Obama was finally pressed on the issue that matters most: his golf game. “How does your golf game hold up next to Tiger’s?” asked Dan Ashley, a reporter at ABC News’s San Francisco affiliate.

"April 8 (UPI) -- New York is poised to become the first state in the nation to provide free tuition to public colleges and universities, after a deal struck as part of larger budget negotiations announced Friday night.
New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo, who announced the proposal in January alongside former Democratic presidential candidate Sen Bernie Sanders, hailed the deal as an historic opportunity for hundreds of thousands of families in the Empire State.
Under terms of the deal, the program would be phased in over three years.
This year, students whose families earn less than $100,000 per year would be eligible for free college tuition. 
That cap would be raised to $125,000 once the program is fully implemented.
...Though the legislation eliminates tuition costs for many lower- and middle-income families, for students who exceed the income cap, tuition will increase $200 per year for the next five years at all state schools..."
