Obama’s Crowd vs. Trump’s Crowd - The Rush Limbaugh Show

Obama’s Crowd vs. Trump’s Crowd - The Rush Limbaugh Show:

Image result for flickr commons images obamaPeople didn’t want to believe the first African-American president would lie about such things. So much hope was invested in Obama — misplaced, as it turned out. Those lies — and they were just the tip of the iceberg. Those lies were meant to deceive people. Those lies were meant to make fools out of people, to get them to agree with Obama’s statist takeover of one-sixth of the U.S. economy for the express purpose of being able to control people’s lives.
If you control their health care, if you control people’s access to health care, you control them. You can determine what they’ll be allowed to eat or not. You can even determine what political party gets preference if there is a line at the doctor, and this is exactly what Obama and the Democrats were doing. Didn’t get a single Republican vote. Did the media run banner headlines, “Obama Spreads Lies and Stokes Fear to Pass Obamacare”? Ha! No way.

"A school board in Ontario, Canada has pressured teachers not to teach the classic “To Kill a Mockingbird” due to its “violent and oppressive” nature towards black students.
It also features a “white savior” which makes the story’s black characters appear “less than human.”
The National Post reports schools in the Toronto suburb of Peel received a directive noting “The use of racist texts as entry points into discussions about racism is hardly for the benefit of black students who already experience racism.
“This should give us pause — who does the use of these texts centre? Who does it serve? Why do we continue to teach them?”..."

Fury over reported federal plan targeting transgender people | Fox17:
WASHINGTON (AP) — LGBT leaders across the U.S. reacted with fury Monday to a report that the Trump administration is considering adoption of a new definition of gender that would effectively deny federal recognition and civil rights protections to transgender Americans.
...On Sunday, The New York Times reported that the agency was circulating a memo proposing that gender be defined as an immutable biological condition determined by a person’s sex organs at birth.
The election-year proposal would define sex as either male or female, and any dispute about one’s sex would have to be clarified through genetic testing, according to the Times’ account of the memo..."

Shock report: US paying more for illegal immigrant births than Trump’s wall
"Americans are paying more to cover the costs of illegal immigrants having children in the United States than Congress plans to give President Trump in border wall funding this year, according to an explosive new analysis of Census Bureau data.
The new report reveals that women in the United States illegally had 297,000 children in 2014 at a cost of $2.4 billion.
That is $800 million more than the Senate has approved for Trump’s border wall this year and enough to pay for the wall over 10 years.

That is one-fifth the total cost of building the border wall. in seven births in California and Texas..."

Two U.S. senators who supported the nomination of Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court received death threats from a Long Island, NY resident, who was arrested Friday morning.
Federal authorities say Ronald DeRisi, 74, sent expletive-laden phone messages to two senators — who were not named in the complaint — beginning on September 27, the day Kavanaugh and Christine Blasey Ford, who accused the judge of sexual assault, testified before Congress.

‘Boys Are Stupid; Girls Are Awesome’ – Most TV Shows & Movies Today | Intellectual Takeout
"Most kids’ shows today are pretty much twaddle.
Image result for war against boysHowever, in moments of exhaustion and weakness, I let my boys watch the occasional age-appropriate movie or TV show.
But I usually find myself having some ‘splainin to do with them afterwards.
That’s because, more often than not, they have just watched something in which the female lead is the smart and capable hero, and the male lead is the bumbling idiot who must be rescued by his female companion.
For the sake of their self-esteem, I find myself having to clarify that what they are witnessing is a systematic effort to denigrate men for the sake of exalting women, all in the name of “equity”.
In a recent article, Bishop Robert Barron of PBS fame has referred to this effort as the “Homer Simpsonization of men”..."

"Hungary detains its asylum-seekers in transit zones on the EU's external border.

...The transit zones that German Chancellor Angela Merkel's conservative Christian Democratic Union (CDU) and its Bavarian Christian Social Union (CSU) sister party agreed to after a heated debate over asylum policy already exist in Hungary.
Asylum-seekers there aren't allowed to enter the country directly, but are stopped at two crossing points along a border fence with Serbia.
They are then sent into the transit zone, a closed-off container village..."

Here’s why Hillary Clinton losing her security clearance matters for the rest of us | Fox News

Image result for flickr commons images hillary clintonHere’s why Hillary Clinton losing her security clearance matters for the rest of us | Fox News:

Hillary Clinton should have lost her clearance back when the government found out she had classified information on her private servers. Actually, they should have done this even before that; she should have lost her security clearance when she left her public position, as secretary of state, for her private quest to get the nation’s top job.

Why Would the Washington Post Hire Someone Like Jamal Khashoggi? | Homeland Security

Why Would the Washington Post Hire Someone Like Jamal Khashoggi? | Homeland Security
"The Washington Post is indignant that “hard-line Republicans and conservative commentators are mounting a whispering campaign against Jamal Khashoggi,” supposedly in order to “protect President Trump from criticism of his handling of the dissident journalist’s alleged murder by operatives of Saudi Arabia.”
The Post hits these “hardliners” for highlighting Khashoggi’s ties to the Muslim Brotherhood, and claims that “while Khashoggi was once sympathetic to Islamist movements, he moved toward a more liberal, secular point of view.”
In reality, Khashoggi was the real hardliner, supporting jihad violence and Sharia right up to the time of his murder -- even in his recent Post columns.
This raises questions about why the paper hired him as a columnist in the first place.
As recently as August 28, 2018, Khashoggi wrote in the Post:
The United States’s aversion to the Muslim Brotherhood, which is more apparent in the current Trump administration, is the root of a predicament across the entire Arab world. The eradication of the Muslim Brotherhood is nothing less than an abolition of democracy and a guarantee that Arabs will continue living under authoritarian and corrupt regimes.
While positing the Muslim Brotherhood as the standard-bearer of democracy in the Arab world, Khashoggi did not deny that its aspiration is to impose Sharia wherever it can..."

Massive Migrant Caravan Keeps Proving Trump Right on Border Policy | Daily Wire

Massive Migrant Caravan Keeps Proving Trump Right on Border Policy | Daily Wire:

Image result for flickr commons images U.S. Mexican border wallBut just because there are millions of people across the world who would love to enter the United States for purposes of finding work does not mean that the United States has either the resources or the responsibility to open its borders to all comers. As a libertarian on the flow of labor, I have no problem with people coming to the United States to work – but there are obvious economic costs associated with unchecked illegal immigration in a welfare state. Furthermore, the failure of the United States to assimilate new immigrants has increased radically in recent years with the rise of a multicultural ethos on the political Left. To suggest that the United States leave its borders wide open to anyone wanting to enter is to suggest national suicide, as it would be for any nation.
