The media is full of stories about ‘’unprecedented’’ temperatures hitting 90°F in Alaska over the past few days.

And according to ‘’experts’’ it’s a heatwave linked to ‘’Climate Change” 😱😱😱.

Only problem is, that history records temperatures of 100°F in Alaska in 1915 and 1934.

In fact, Fort Yukon recorded 5 days in a row in June 1934 when the maximum temp was over 90°F.

Yet again, history is the enemy of the climate alarmist."

If you watched either or both of the two Democratic Party presidential candidate debates, and if you are a liberal, a conservative or a centrist, you had to have been depressed. • The principal calls it "very, very serious" wrongdoing.

"A Maryland eighth grader was suspended for three weeks and did not get to graduate with his class in June. 
This was his punishment for appearing in the background of a friend's video in which said friend held a disabled airsoft gun. 
The eighth grader also posed for a photo with the friend, who held him in a headlock with the fake gun pointing at his head. 
The picture was shared with 13 other friends on Snapchat.
...On Monday his dad—David Bernstein, a nonprofit director—wrote a piece about the incident for The Washington Post. 
He said he had asked the private Silver Spring school to reconsider the punishment. 

• After all, his son did not threaten anyone with a gun. 
• He did not own a gun. 
• He did not say anything about wanting to kill students, or take his own life, or do anything violent. He was, his dad wrote, just being a "knucklehead."

But the school insisted the incident was "very, very serious" and therefore warranted suspension through the end of the year.

...Bernstein added that this was not the first time he was dismayed by the administration's take on things.
"I first realized something was amiss at the school when I received a call earlier in the year about another 'very serious' incident," said Bernstein. 
"My son had told a friend that he observed a teacher texting while driving. 
He was then hauled into the principal's office and asked to apologize to the teacher, which he only did reluctantly. 
'The teacher was very hurt,' the principal stated. 'And [your son] didn't seem to care.' 
Confused about the 'crime,' I asked the principal what if my son was telling the truth. 
'That's beside the point,' she said. 
'He violated our community values by hurting the teacher's feelings.'"
You don't have to be John Grisham to sense something is a little off here.."

It seems that Confederate Railroad has been booted from an upcoming appearance at the DuQuoin State Fair Grandstand, according to television station WSIL.

The Pinckneyville Press reports that the band’s August 27th performance was canceled over “racial sensitivity concerns.”

In other words, somebody was triggered by the band’s name. And to be even more specific, they were triggered by the word “Confederate.”Rednecks.”...

"The Department of Energy announced Tuesday a rule-making process that could ding an Obama-era environmental regulation slowing down dishwashers.

DOE decided to grant a petition to the Competitive Enterprise Institute (CEI) to allow a dishwasher product class with a cycle time for the normal cycle of less than one hour. Former President Barack Obama enacted a rule in 2016 making the average dishwasher cycle more than two hours — Americans enjoyed a cycle time of one hour decades ago.

The Obama-era rule was part of the DOE’s plan at the time to impose 23 different energy efficiency regulations for household appliances by 2018. Obama issued more energy standards for household appliances than any previous administration, all in the name of fighting global warming.

...“Until we went to my parents house, who have a much older dishwasher than us, we had no clue how terrible of a job our newer dishwasher was doing compared to theirs,” one person wrote the DOE in 2018. “We are left doing hand washing a lot at home because of how poorly the top rack cleans dishes. What a waste of water.”...
