Just weeks after making history as the running mate for Democratic nominee Joe Biden, Sen. Kamala Harris will be the subject of a new picture book.
Simon & Schuster Children’s Publishing announced Wednesday that prize-winning author Nikki Grimes has written “Kamala Harris: Rooted in Justice."

Iowa State University administrators took action this week after an English teacher forbade her students to disagree with abortion, gay marriage, and the Black Lives Matter movement.
What happened?
Students who signed up for ISU assistant professor Chloe Clark's English 250 class for the fall semester learned in their syllabus that they would be "dismissed" from class if they argued against "gay marriage, abortion, Black Lives Matter."
The syllabus stated:

Notable is a glaring lack of policy pronouncements which, in sane times, would have the media asking tough questions - but these are not sane times.
The media has curled up in Michelle Obama's lap, loudly purring as Cardi B's filthy "Wet Assed Pu**y" plays in the background.
Interesting that they treat Cardi B, an "artist" who performs what is alleged to be a song (a generous definition) about having sex to get what she wants and describing that act in graphic detail, as a legitimate and welcomed member of the party (she just "interviewed Joe Biden) - while they still complain about Trump's statements on a 2005 Entertainment Tonight tape.
Never mind that Pedo Bill Clinton (master philadeer, credibly accused rapist and proven intern abuser), violator of the Oval Office, was a featured speaker last night.

The Senate Intelligence Committee said in a long-awaited report released Tuesday that there was no evidence that the Trump campaign conspired with the Russian government to influence the 2016, affirming the findings of other investigations into a possible Trump-Kremlin conspiracy.
The report, which clocks in at 966 pages, also offered a scathing assessment of the FBI’s handling of the Steele dossier, which was a key document in the Trump-Russia collusion conspiracy theory.
“The FBI gave the Steele Dossier unjustified credence, based on an incomplete understanding of Steele’s past reporting record,” the report says.

Over a dozen scientists say the threshold to reach coronavirus herd immunity might be lower than they initially projected, The New York Times reported Monday.
According to scientists, herd immunity will be reached when the virus is unable to spread broadly because there are not enough vulnerable hosts, the Times reported. The consensus among scientists has been that 70% of a population needed to be immune through either vaccination or survival to reach herd immunity, according to the Times, but now several researchers claim that threshold could be 50% or lower.
