A report from the Associated Press documenting thousands more of coronavirus cases being sent to nursing homes under New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo is being described as a bombshell for his administration. The report says that new documents show that more than 9,000 recovering patients were sent to nursing homes early in the pandemic.

Once again, people claiming to stand up in favor of institutions and traditions against Donald Trump have actually wrecked those institutions and traditions out of pique.

As I told my twentysomething Con Law students, they have now lived through 75% of America’s presidential impeachments.
Of course, if they were one year old, they would still have lived through 50%.

We're still debating sending kids back to in-person school. You may be as surprised as I am to find this out. Update (1410ET): After spending much of the morning laying out their case for why the impeachment is a sham, former President Trump's legal team proceeded to play several montages of Democrats doing the exact same thing they've impeached Trump over - namely, calling for violence against Republicans. Interspersed throughout are clips of leftists committing violence against conservatives following the 'incitement.

“It is clear that many have moved it to the political arena an contend that teachers should be promoting it […] If we can accept for the sake of discussion that [BLM] is a political issue […] as school officials we cannot expose our politics, and we cannot advance a political cause through our work with students.”

In her Monday email to fellow Republicans, Sheridan said "the epicenter of this election travesty" was TCF Center, where absentee ballots were counted in Detroit. She asked individuals who were at the TCF Center to submit sworn affidavits about their experiences. The affidavits are "providing valuable clues to the puzzle that is now being assembled," Sheridan wrote.
"(T)o know where all the holes are we still need to understand how the election was rigged last November," Sheridan wrote.
