Pro-life activist who regrets her abortion issues powerful rebuttal to pro-choice valedictorian Paxton Smith - TheBlaze

Pro-life activist Toni McFadden — a staff member with Students for Life of America — penned a powerful rebuttal to Paxton Smith, the Texas high school valedictorian who recently dumped her approved graduation speech so she could rant against the state's "heartbeat bill."

And McFadden made her point with a letter to her own two daughters, telling them to not look up to the likes of Smith.

They can't stop making up new lies!

"...Working closely with Kingsby in the center, LGBTQ+ Resource Center Coordinator Sarah Doherty said Kingsby’s motivations included planning and running outreach efforts and programs to support, celebrate and educate the larger Ferris community about same gender loving and Two-Spirit and LGBTQIA+ Black and Indigenous people and people of color.
“He and I talked a lot, in the years that he worked with me, about what FSU needed to increase opportunities for QTBIPOC (Queer, Trans, Black, and Indigenous People of Color) students and help them thrive,” Doherty said.

Mike Rowe Wrecks 'Profound Unfairness' of Taxpayer Tuition - Louder With Crowder

Mike Rowe Wrecks 'Profound Unfairness' of Taxpayer Tuition - Louder With Crowder
At this point, I'm surprised they still let Mike Rowe have a Facebook page. He regularly takes a sledgehammer to progressive orthodoxy without having the "proper" credentials to do so. Proper is in finger quotes because regardless of the issue or your credentials, if you disagree with a leftist, it's not "proper." It's surprising that Mike Rowe talking about what an alleged waste of money a four-year degree is isn't met with a "fact" checker warning. There are no facts to check in someone issuing an opinion. But he said the opinion out loud, and there's a reason I put "fact" in finger quotes as well.

Secretary Of State Fines Motorists For Delayed Service, Blames Legislators
"People who wish to renew or obtain legally required documents at one of the branches of the Secretary of State often have to wait several months.
The department is, however, still issuing late fees to people who have an expired driver's license, and officials say there’s nothing they can do about it.
...Hover said he was told by the manager at that particular office that he should contact his state representative if he has a complaint.
...“It isn’t policy – it is state law. Until the law is changed by legislators, we are obligated to charge them,” Wimmer said.

Teacher Tells School Board Where to Stick Its Indoctrination - Louder With Crowder
Get ready to meet your new favorite viral superstar. Seriously, we need to give out awards for the best obliteration of a bitterly progressive school board. This Loudoun teacher is an early favorite. There's context missing from this obviously selectively edited video. But you can hear the word "indoctrination," so it's safe to assume this teacher has the same problems so many parents and adults have with what the radical left wants to turn our schools into.

Hate-crime hoax: Black student likely egged her own door, police say | The College Fix
"A black student who said she was the victim of multiple attacks because of her race has been identified as a primary suspect in the alleged vandalism, according to a police report obtained by The College Fix under the Freedom of Information Act.
The Wayne State University Police Department said it spent “at minimum 200 man hours” investigating the alleged incidents that occurred in February and March 2021.
  • Zoriana Martinez alleged that on February 16 and March 1 someone threw eggs at her residence hall door.
  • She also said someone tore down her LGBT Pride sticker and stole a photo of her dog.
This happened “all because [she was] a black person living in their space,” she said.
The video appears to be created from several Instagram videos and the audio issues are from the original videos.
But the police have concluded that she likely perpetrated the incident herself to obtain a leadership position in the Black Student Union...Read all.

Our Increasingly Unrecognizable Civilization - Imprimis--Mark Steyn
"...It’s completely backwards.
And yet what do we hear from most conservative politicians?
That it would be nice to offer people a tax cut!
We are way beyond tax cuts.
We’re broke.
We’re just a smidgen away from $30 trillion in federal debt—something with no historical precedent. Talking about tax cuts today is like talking about VAT tax refunds on the Titanic.
It’s not actually what’s necessary at the moment.
Another big issue that should take our minds off tax cuts is China.
I can’t get over the way we in the U.S. have been ordered by our governors and the CDC to punish ourselves by living small, shrunken lives, while the people in China who loosed this pandemic on the world have paid no price for it....It's Steyn. Read all!

Joe Biden warned as a court slaps down race-based COVID relief | Washington Examiner

As President Joe Biden pursues initiatives he announced last week to “help narrow the racial wealth gap,” he should heed a late-May reminder from the 6th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals that preferential treatment based on race is presumptively invalid.

This is as it should be. It is right and just that the courts, in the name of justice, should strike down racial preferences, a pernicious, do-gooding racism sweeping schools, corporations, and the media. It treats all American experience through the lens of race. It would be even worse if the racialism embedded in so-called "critical race theory" were backed by government force.

Well over 100 tents house those with nowhere else to call home at property near the intersection of Ampersee and Hotop avenues, on the edge of the city’s Eastside neighborhood....Read all.
