"In a shockingly brazen display, looters in San Francisco conducted a “smash and grab” at the Louis Vuitton store in Union Square on Saturday, carrying off tens of thousands of dollars in merchandise.

Just two days ago, a similar “smash and grab” robbery occurred at the Louis Vuitton store in the Chicago suburb of Oakbrook, Illinois. In the Oak Brook robbery, police determined that 14 suspects ran into the store, grabbed armfuls of merchandise, and then ran out the door and got into three vehicles. The robbery occurred at 3:30 in the afternoon.

Darrell Brooks of Milwaukee, WI, alleged suspect in the Waukesha Christmas Parade attack.

According to Wakuesha police scanner audio, the name of the suspect who drove the vehicle into participants in the parade is Darrell Brooks. One officer says he had left his ID in the vehicle, & another describes him as a black male with dreadlocks. #Wakuesha #Wisconsin pic.twitter.com/N7qt3I5ewm

...Brooks could have been fleeing from another crime when he slammed through multiple barricades before entering the parade.

CBS News reports: A law enforcement official with knowledge of the investigation says the suspect who drove into a Christmas parade in Waukesha, WI. was fleeing another scene – possibly a knife fight – when he ran into & over some people.

This young man has a skill set that most LEOs do not possess. 

I don't think this could have been choreographed any better.
In military survival school, we were taught that it doesn't matter how physically strong you are, how intelligent you are, or how resourceful you are.
