Texas AG Paxton slams 'Soros-backed' prosecutor after jury convicts Army sergeant for shooting protester | Fox News

FIRST ON FOX: Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton is lashing out at a "Soros-backed" prosecutor after a Lone Star State jury found Daniel Perry, a U.S. Army sergeant, guilty in the shooting death of an armed protester in Austin during anti-police demonstrations in the summer of 2020. "Self-defense is a God-given right, not a crime. Unfortunately, the Soros-backed DA in Travis County cares more about the radical agenda of dangerous Antifa and BLM mobs than justice," Paxton said in a statement to Fox News Digital. "This week has shown us how rogue prosecutors have weaponized the judicial system," he added. "They must be stopped!"

"...The other day I wrote about the correlation between political ideology and assumptions about how many unarmed Blacks are killed by police
In it I discussed a study done by the Skeptic Research Center that showed that people who identify as liberal are least likely to guess how many unarmed Black men are killed by police.
Not by a little, but by a lot.
Almost none of the liberals guessed in the right range–the number is about 10 a year–and over half guessed that the number was between 1000 to 10,000...Read all!

Picture from Jan 6 Resurfaces - Three Individuals with "Civil War" Shirts Now Suspected of Being Deep State Plants | The Gateway Pundit | by Joe Hoft -

Almost immediately on Jan 6 as soon as violence broke out at the Capitol, social media put out a picture of three white males all wearing the same T-shirt that said – MAGA – CIVIL WAR – January 6, 2021.
Far-left VOX was sure to share the photo to build upon the narrative that Trump supporters, were violent and ready to take down the Capitol that day...

However, as brought to our attention by one reader:

In the original picture, you could see all three individual’s shoes – they are all soft-soled black military/cop issue. Very few, if any, patriots walked around in shoes like this on J6.

Not only that, the pants they all are wearing are all “police issue” with cargo side pockets. I compared their pic with the videos of the cops on the Capitol steps and the type of shoes and pants are a 100% match with Metro Police. And the gloves all look like department equipment. Also, they have wires and what looks like a radio hanging from their collar, and two of them are wearing earphones. The guy on the left has some device hanging down which could be a camera, body-cam, radio device… And the ring on one of the belts might be for a baton, or…?

It also is not in keeping, with the basically peaceful nature of us patriots, who would never advertise a rally or ‘protest’ as anything remotely symbolizing a ‘civil war.’ I think any patriot wearing a sweatshirt like that would be ostracized, or shut down quickly.

Biden Set to Announce an Unprecedented Crackdown on Gas-Powered Vehicles

Biden Set to Announce an Unprecedented Crackdown on Gas-Powered Vehicles

Biden and his administration have long stated their desire to crack down on gas-powered vehicles, but aside from the above stated concerns from automakers, there’s one more rather large group of people that could be concerned: everyday Americans who drive to work.

There are numerous, documented issues with electric vehicles, ranging from the silly to the downright dangerous.

Even attempting to foist these changes on Americans could have an indelibly negative effect on Biden’s chances at re-election in 2024 — should he run again.

Trump Turns Indictment Into Wild Campaign Ad - By Bob Hoge
"...On Friday, the GOP front-runner for the 2024 presidential nomination decided to use his arrest as… a campaign video.
It’s definitely a novel approach—I’m pretty sure former Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich didn’t use his jail stint as campaign fodder; nor did Hillary tout her husband’s legal woes as reasons to vote for her.

REPORT: Police Say No Arrests Made After Transgender Mob Assaulted Swimming Star Riley Gaines

REPORT: Police Say No Arrests Made After Transgender Mob Assaulted Swimming Star Riley Gaines

Gaines’ agent Eli Bremer told Fox News her goal has been to “educate her peers about her experience and what the impact of the growing number of biological males in women’s sports will do to the integrity of Title IX.”

“Instead of a thoughtful discussion tonight at SFSU, Riley was violently accosted, shouted at, physically assaulted, and barricaded in a room by protestors,” he continued, adding that it is simply “stunning” that it is “acceptable for biological male students to violently assault a woman for standing up for women’s rights” in 2023.

REVEALED: The Real Reason Why Fake Woman Dylan Mulvaney Is Suddenly Everywhere

REVEALED: The Real Reason Why Fake Woman Dylan Mulvaney Is Suddenly Everywhere - BY ROBERT SPENCER

The New York Post reported Friday that “executives at companies like Nike, Anheuser-Busch and Kate Spade, whose brand endorsements have turned controversial trans influencer Dylan Mulvaney into today’s woke ‘It girl,’ aren’t just virtue signaling.”
  • Instead, they’re paying the modern-day equivalent of Mafia protection money, trying to keep the heat off their business: they’re hiring Dylan and making other displays of wokeness “because they have to — or risk failing an all-important social credit score that could make or break their businesses.”
  • If they don’t inflict woke advertising campaigns on us, they’re liable to do damage to their Corporate Equality Index (CEI) score, which could be disastrous for their business.
  • Watching corporations and tallying up their CEI score is the Human Rights Campaign (HRC), which the Post describes as “the largest LGBTQ+ political lobbying group in the world,” noting that it has gotten “millions” from George Soros’ far-Left Open Society Foundation...

We've all experienced this!-----The biggest problem mRNA skeptics face - by Alex Berenson

The biggest problem mRNA skeptics face - by Alex Berenson
  • And how to handle it. Because this battle isn't going away.
"On Friday I was having lunch with a relative.
She’s a nice woman, smart. We’re not especially close - we didn’t grow up near one another and we don’t live near each other now - but we’re blood, and in no way unfriendly.
One more thing: she’s an academic. You can guess her politics.
Just after we sat, we talked a bit about Covid.
She said she’d been only vaguely aware of my views or how controversial I’d become - surprising but not entirely, she’s had plenty else to worry about of late.
She’d googled me and come across “The Pandemic’s Wrongest Man,” though.
 Of course.
We ordered, ate, caught up, gossiped about family.
The usual.
And then she said something along the lines of, Well. I would like to hear about your journey, how you developed these views.
Journey. Uh-oh.
Sure, I said.
One question I’d ask, one way to look at it - do you generally believe in the scientific method?
I think she said “scientific method,” not “science.” But she meant “science.”
  • She meant, Do you believe in science?
There is only one answer to this question, if someone is foolish and/or rude enough to say it out loud to you, the mRNA skeptic. I don’t care who that someone is: a relative, a friend, a frenemy, a television interviewer, a total stranger.
Yes, this question has only one answer.
  • What an idiotic thing to say, I said.
She was taken aback.
  • After all, she had asked me if I was a moron, but she’d done so politely.
I don’t think it’s idiotic, she said.
  • Of course I believe in science, I said.
A nuclear power plant sits not far from where I live.
It exists because one group of brilliant scientists unlocked the secrets of the atom and another group figured out to how to use fission to heat water and turn turbines and make electricity.
Which I use every day.
I could have made the same point even more simply: whenever I get on a plane I don’t expect to see the wings flapping.
To exist in the modern world is to know science exists.
To agree to a prenatal genetic screen, to check your favorite team’s highlights on your phone, even to drive - is to understand the profound technological revolution humanity has undergone in the last three centuries.
These people.
These smart liberal people.
  • They believe, truly, that anyone who questions the mRNA shots must be a knuckle-dragging mouth-breather who has no idea what the scientific method even is...

Proud Boys defense claims undercover government agents, informants at Capitol on Jan 6 - TheBlaze

"The federal prosecutors in this case are refusing to disclose information regarding these non-FBI informants," Roots claims in the filing. "The existence, and likely conduct of these CHSs is almost certainly exculpatory for Pezzola." "Pezzola has become aware that the largest numbers of undercover CHSs on Jan. 6 belonged to agencies other than the FBI," the filing reads. "At least two law enforcement agencies each outnumbered the FBI in terms of running undercover agents, informants, and CHSs on Jan. 6."

Yup. It's about money and power. Always has been!-----The Club of Rome's New Malthusianism-Lite "People and Planet" Report

The Club of Rome's New Malthusianism-Lite "People and Planet" Report
"...Keep in mind that the new People and Planet report has been commissioned by the same The Club of Rome that promoted the notorious The Limits to Growth report back in 1972.
  • "For 50 years, since The Limits to Growth report and the 1972 UN Stockholm summit, the world has ignored the risk of system collapse,"...
  • The 1972 report projected that exponential consumption would deplete important nonrenewable resources such as oil, natural gas, copper, tin, and lead before the year 2000.
That didn't happen.
Just over 50 years later, the new People and Planet...The nine planetary boundaries used in the new report are derived from a 2009 Nature article in which researchers aimed to identify "a safe operating space for humanity."
The new report finds that humanity has already "overstepped" six of those boundaries:
  • global warming,
  • biodiversity loss,
  • ozone depletion,
  • air pollution,
  • land use change, and
  • nutrient overloading.
The People and Planet report concludes that by 2020 for those six boundaries, "humanity was already exploiting more than what is sustainable in global ecosystems, along multiple dimensions."...
