- Then there is the case of the Arizona rancher, George Kelly, who shot and killed an illegal alien crossing his property after being constantly faced with illegals threatening him, his wife and property for the past two years....The man he killed, identified as Gabriel Cuen-Butimea, was convicted of illegal entry and deported back to Mexico several times, most recently in 2016.
