REPORT: Biden Crime Family 'Earned' $24 MILLION From China, Russia, Ukraine, Others
"The Biden Crime Family really knew how to rake it in, according to a new report just out from the House Impeachment Inquiry Committee led by Republican Reps. James Comer (R-Ky.), Jim Jordan (R-Ohio), and Jason Smith (R-Mo.).
  • “From 2014 to 2019,” the report states, “Biden family members and their affiliate companies received over $15 million from foreign companies and foreign nationals in Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan, Romania, and China.
  • Biden business associates received an additional $9 million.”
The committee has the receipts, which must not have been easy to get because “money was transmitted to Biden family members from foreign sources through an exceedingly complex chain of transactions that made it difficult to track the flow of these funds.”...

WATCH: Ron DeSantis Absolutely Destroys Univision Debate Moderator for Pushing Kamala Harris Hoax - By Bonchie
"The second Republican presidential primary debate was mostly a disaster for Fox News.
The moderators were absolutely terrible, and Nikki Haley and Tim Scott slap-fighting all night was about as exciting as watching paint dry.
One of the biggest problems was the fact that the RNC made a late decision to include left-wing Univision hack Ilia Calderón as a moderator.
Her questions were objectively insane.
It was like she was auditioning for an MSNBC primetime show.
In fact, she spent most of her time fluffing the Mexican government and attempting to frame Republicans as racist for wanting to solve the border crisis.
Sure enough, right on cue, she kept playing identity politics by repeating the Kamala Harris-led hoax that Florida's black history curriculum promotes slavery as having been a net benefit for those enslaved. As RedState has reported, that's simply false, and the line in question was actually meant to convey the perseverance of black Americans.
  • Luckily, DeSantis came prepared, and he absolutely destroyed Calderón.

The rot in the Fox-Dominion settlement

The rot in the Fox-Dominion settlement - JOE FRIED CPA
"...People wonder why Fox waited so long to settle.
I suspect that the last minute settlement may have been triggered by the last minute selection of the jury.
This requires a frank conversation.
Just before the settlement was reached, jurors were selected.
Some people from the left side of politics, like a journalist for Slate, seemed gleeful.
Justin Peters put out a piece titled, “Meet the jury that will decide Fox News’ fate,” in which he pointed out that the jury appeared to be mostly minority.
Why did he feel it was important to describe the racial makeup of the jury?
  • Even the judge seemed to be thinking along those lines.
CNN reported that after “the racially diverse jury” was selected, and after a settlement was reached, the judge stated:
Your presence here, short compared to what you thought, and uneventful in a certain sense, was extremely important. Without you, the parties would not have been able to resolve their situation.
Hmm! The judge thought that the very brief “presence” of the jury spurred a settlement. I wonder what he meant!...

NY State Judge Finds Trump Organizations Repeatedly Provided Fraudulent Valuations To Lenders and Insurers
"Orders “certificates” enabling numerous Trump entities to operate in NY State cancelled – not clear what this means in terms of survival of Trump organization as a whole. - Posted by William A. Jacobson
In a civil lawsuit brought by NY Attorney General Letitia James, a state court judge has found that various Trump entities engaged in repeated fraud as to business and property valuations in order to obtain loans.
A copy of the full Order is at the bottom of this post.
The court found that a trial was not needed on that issue, as the contemporaneous documents showed that for numerous properties Trump obtained his own valuations that varied dramatically from what he represented to the banks.
  • Under the NY law at issue, intent do defraud was not necessary, only that false statements and representations...
If I find better analysis of what this all means, I’ll add it.
