Biden-appointed federal judge rips into DOJ for rank hypocrisy on ignoring subpoenas: 'Are you kidding me?' | Blaze Media:
Reyes, moreover, scolded the DOJ's position as fruitful for defense attorneys who represent clients accused of flouting subpoenas.
"I imagine that there are hundreds, if not thousands of defense attorneys ... who would be happy to hear that DOJ's position is: If you don’t agree with a subpoena, if you believe it’s unconstitutional or unlawful, you can unilaterally not show up," she said.

Ponder this for a moment.

The wind farm in Mt. Pulaski has been running for 3 1/2 years.
They have been replacing the generators in all the wind towers.
There are 100 of them in this wind farm.
So evidently the life span on the generators on these things is about 3 to 4 years.
It takes
- 12 semi trucks and trailers,
- A 9 axle 500,000 pound crane,
- A 100,000 pound crane and
- 12 pick up trucks to change each generator.
- That is a huge amount of diesel fuel being used to maintain these wind towers.
And the "Green Groups" would like You to believe they are all fueled by magic fairy dust.

A Canadian reporter for one of the northern nation's only conservative media outfits was arrested Sunday and carted away for doing his job faithfully on public property.
Rebel News reporter David Menzies, who local and federal officials appear keen to shut up and lock away, confirmed to Blaze News that he was charged for alleged breach of the peace and trespassing for daring to pose questions to anti-Israel protesters outside Toronto City Hall.
Menzies indicated that he will be suing the Toronto Police Service over this incident just as he is suing the Royal Canadian Mounted Police for a similarly rough arrest earlier this year.

Their prophecies of doom use the identical concepts of sin, fire, pestilence and a great flood.
Behind EV Push, a Wealth Transfer From Red to Blue Regions
Several recent reports say that President Biden’s new EV mandates will likely amount to a sizable wealth transfer from the poor to the rich, and from rural red regions to urban, blue, Democrat-voting districts. - Kevin Stokliin "On March 20, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) finalized its tailpipe emissions rules for the auto industry starting in 2027.
These rules are the strictest in history and will effectively force carmakers to have one-third of new car sales be plug-in electric vehicles (EVs) by 2027 and more than two-thirds be EVs by 2032.

The Left Wants to Destroy Your Neighborhood - CHRISTOPHER SKEET
Current laws, his supporters claim, are "fueling racial inequalities.""For years, President Joe Biden has been pushing a budget that includes billions of taxpayer dollars, via federal grants, to incentivize state and local governments to ease up on single-family zoning laws in order to bring more "affordable housing" to a neighborhood near you.
Current laws, his supporters claim, are "fueling racial inequalities."

Stunning study confirms 'gender-confused' children mostly 'grow out of it' | WND | by Bob Unruh:
In direct opposition to the suspect claims of transgender activists that children who are "gender-confused" must have medical "care" that goes up to and includes surgical body mutilations, a new 15-year study confirms that most of those kids, if left alone, "grow out of it."
A report from the Daily Mail confirms the study results show that "being trans is usually just a phase for kids."

"The southern border needs to be closed:" Voter Tells MSNBC - Louder With Crowder:
The Biden campaign thinks Sleepy Joe can win Florida. Which would be comical except for the fact that that is a pretty pathetic assumption. There is no way he can win Florida. Nonetheless, MSNBC is still trying to do damage control for our sleepwalking POTUS.
MSNBC host Jose Diaz-Balart sat down with a group of voters in Florida who had a diverse range of thoughts. In particular, there was one Hispanic voter who was based and said what most sensible Americans think.

- "A shooting spree? An AR-15 rifle? Will there be any gun control nonsense?
- No. Ms. Celestine is black.
While that doesn’t make a difference at all, we all know that’s not the case regarding the liberal media and how they report on shootings...
Report Shows McKinsey's DEI Studies Were Garbage
...studies from the global consulting firm McKinsey & Company showing a correlation between Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs and significant profits were based on junk research.
“Our results indicated that despite the imprimatur often given to McKinsey’s 2015, 2018, 2020, and 2023 studies,” researchers concluded, “McKinsey’s studies neither conceptually (in terms of the correct definition of causality) nor empirically (in terms of their set of large US public firms) support the argument that large US public firms can expect on average to deliver improved financial performance if they increase the racial/ethnic diversity of their executives.”In other words, McKinsey’s studies touting diversity are not reliable...
