• USAID is a front for the CIA. They are an unaccountable agency, under the cover of humanitarian efforts overseas, who operate via various NGOs, to carry out domestic operations. 
• When the dust settles we are going to find out that most of the domestic terror we have seen the last few years (think BLM and INTIFA riots) were funded by USAID. That is just the tip of the iceberg. 
• They have been able to get away with this for so long because almost everyone in elected office in DC is either getting paid, just like the media orgs, or they are scared to raise the ire of USAID. 
• Trump knew all of this which is why USAID was the very first government agency to get shut down. It is the conduit through which most of the deep state in DC operate. Now it is gone.
• The shrill responses from the uniparty eunuchs will grow louder until their own corruption is revealed. Buckle up. When all is revealed it will not only end many political careers, but there will be convictions and prison sentences.

RPA gave significant sums (the Data Republican chart did not make clear how much, but I'm still digging and will update this column if I can find the number) to The Hopewell Fund. 

What does it do? According to its site, Hopewell has been around only since 2015 and "is a 501(c)(3) public charity that specializes in helping donors, social entrepreneurs, and other changemakers quickly launch new, innovative social change projects."

That's a whole lot of words saying not much...
