• Zelensky's term ended in May. But he justified canceling elections and suspending Ukraine's Constitution by saying, "we're at war". 

A nation whose population has been decimated by an unwinnable war has been rendered politically impotent by their. The right of the people to change course is even more important when they are being led over a cliff.
By accepting Zelensky's claim to legitimacy in the absence of CONSENT, are we conditioning Americans to accept this argument as well.

• Covid19 showed us That there was no tyranny our government would not perpetrate under the header of emergency.
• When the constitution of any nation is suspended because of an emergency, POWER SEEKERS WILL CREATE AN EMERGENCY TO GAIN/RETAIN CONTROL.

It is never, ever acceptable under any set of circumstances to suspend the right of the people to seat their government.

THEN we will see budget cuts! (That's how the private sector works... you get paid in proportion to how much $$ you save the company).

• Let's say we have a 2% tariff on a product, and if you want to sell it here, you can, and there's a program called UL which is optional and a lot of customers would like if you get UL approval for it, but it's not mandatory.
• And let's say this other country charges 6% duty on the product but also has a 23% VAT and mandates that your product MUST be registered and approved by a government testing and certification program which will take a year to accomplish and cost a hundred grand or so.

When we usually think of tariffs, we'd just look at the beginning of those two paragraphs, and say "see, we have a low tariff and they have a higher one, we should demand that we equalize them."

• But that wouldn't REALLY be enough to equalize things, now, would it?...

Well, there might be the start of the issue.
I wanted to know how funds got from A all the way to Z, so I did a little research, and this seems to be the general process...

...It seems clear to me that nobody in this chain of events is doing their jobs, least of all the Inspectors General. 

What is also clear is that if they really wanted to stop money going to the staging of transgender plays in Ireland or sex changes in Guatemala, it could be done...

• The idea that if Congress appropriates money, it must be spent regardless of the reason is simply irreconcilable with the actual duty of care and management of taxpayer funds.
