How we got here!-----Curley Effect

Distress, depression rates double among transgender Americans in 10 years.
Related: Neurosis and the Curley Effect. “Reading all of these pieces I’m seeing a story that goes something like this:
  • Depressed, neurotic people (especially single women) are more likely to support Democrats.
  • Democrats support policies and messaging that produce more depressed, neurotic people, especially single women.

First City to Pass Reparations Raises Property Taxes 9% | Frontpage Mag

‘Guaranteed Minimum Income’ means guaranteed maximum tax hikes. - Daniel Greenfield
In 2019, Evanston, Illinois, a Cook County city, announced it would provide $20 million in racial reparations to black people.
The city has made $7 million in illegal racial payments, but is being sued for racial discrimination, and its financial problems are leading to a 9% property tax hike.
The whopping $5 million tax increase includes an
  1. 8.9% property tax hike, a
  2. 25% water rate increase, and a
  3. doubling the natural gas tax,
which will help push local residents out of their homes, and ironically, the homeowners most likely to be pushed out as a result will be black.
The crushing hikes also include a variety of other Chicago taxes, including a
  • shopping bag tax, a
  • streaming tax,
  • a rideshare tax, and then perhaps,
as the Beatles suggested, a foot tax...

"There is absolutely no way this state is going to allow the largest wealth transfer in world history slip through their fingers..."

The wealth transfer is about to begin and they can smell the money slipping away.  - Peachy Keenan@KeenanPeachy
This state is Ground Zero -- all the baby boomers who moved to California in the 60s, 70s, and 80s, bought low, want their kids to inherit their homes and wealth over the next decade or so.
  • Don't you guys get it - its not about the billionaires.
  • It's about the trillions in equity locked up in thousands of 1400 sq foot ranches and 2500 sq foot craftsmans and sprawling mansions.
  • They want it and they're coming for it and they're going to take it from the white boomers and redistribute it to their more favored clients.

A mileage tax in California? Xavier Becerra says he would consider it, "everything should be on the table" to maintain roads and bridges. "Do I want to tax people more than necessary? No.. Should people who drive EVs who don't
need gas pay for those roads? Absolutely."

Why are we allowing this invasion??!!

John Doyle warns of 'third-world mindset' as influencer humiliates working dad for clicks | Blaze Media:

However, people like the kid are "actively preying on people’s trust and support so they can make a few dollars rather than work an actual job.”

“This is exploiting a high-trust society. This is exploiting the behavior of good Americans,” Doyle says, which he calls a “third-world mindset.”

“The third-world mindset cannot innovate,” he explains. “It cannot create companies. It cannot be productive.”

An education on the way?

John F. Di Leo -
Tonight my wife reminded me that the years to come may be a useful period, educationally at least:
  •  All those folks who failed to study the fall of Rome are now going to get to live it out in real time.
