Why do so many on the left accuse conservatives of “hate?”
When the late Charlie Kirk is smeared as “hateful” by his alleged killer, media personalities, politicians, and others, it suggests they view a significant number of Americans as “hateful,” too.
After all, Kirk’s views on marriage, transgenderism, affirmative action, and more are mainstream among many conservatives. Attacking character rather than ideas is an age-old tactic.
It’s easiertocall someone racist, sexist, or fascist than to win a policy debate.
She also misrepresented what Charlie said about the Civil Rights Act.
We can’t keep doing this - it’s putting people in danger.

We should be clear about who Charlie Kirk was: a man who believed that the Civil Rights Act that granted Black Americans the right to vote was a “mistake,” who after the violent attack on Paul Pelosi claimed that “some amazing patriot out there” should bail out his assailant, and... x.com/cspan/status/1… Show more

The Atlantic admitted on Tuesday that left-wing violence has spiraled out of control since President Donald Trump entered the political realm in 2016.
The outlet compiled a data set of 750 attacks between Jan. 1, 1994, to July 4, 2025, and found that left-wing terror attacks are currently outnumbering violence coming from the political right. By July 4, far-left extremists accounted for five terrorist attacks or attempted attacks, which puts 2025 on pace to be the most violent year for the political left in over 30 years.
JON SCOTT, FOX NEWS: Professor, good morning to you. I know you've written about this when it comes to meta. Now you get a chance to write about this when it comes to YouTube and Google. Here's what I think. I mean, my sense is when it came to a national crisis and when it came to free speech, we failed.
JONATHAN TURLEY: We most certainly did, Bill. And I write about this in The Indispensable Right that you had this coordination between the government, corporations, academia, even the media to censor people with opposing views. And it came at a great cost, not just to free speech. But in COVID, we never had the debate that other countries had...
"Due to our oversight efforts, GOOGLE commits to offer ALL creators previously kicked off YouTube due to political speech violations to return to the platform," Jordan wrote.
"During the Biden-Harris years, under White House pressure, YouTube changed its policies to censor political debate on COVID and elections. TODAY, YouTube admits that the censorship pressure from Biden Admin was 'unacceptable and wrong,'" he added.

A mere six days after the comment deadline, the final report by the originally proposed committee was issued. And what a report it is...

Just like Jimmy Kimmel, former New York Times reporter Alex Berenson was “jawboned” off a public platform.
He was identified by a combination of White House officials and pharmaceutical executives as a voice they wanted to remove from Twitter for criticism of Covid-19 vaccine.
Also just like Kimmel, Berenson was actioned just after a high-profile government official made a televised complaint, in this case a July 16, 2021 appearance by Joe Biden.
Not that it matters, but while Kimmel was threatened for inaccuracy, Berenson’s problems stemmed from being too accurate about the mRNA Covid vaccines, about everything from studies showing surprising inefficacy to potential links to myocarditis that even Biden’s CDC eventually acknowledged.
President Donald Trump and Tesla CEO Elon Musk sat next to each other during Sunday's memorial service for Turning Point USA founder Charlie Kirk following a bitter feud over the reconciliation package passed in July.
Trump and Musk exchanged cheap shots via posts on their social media platforms in June stemming from Musk's criticism of the reconciliation bill Trump signed into law on July 4. Kirk expressed hope the two of them would reconcile during the July 1 episode of "The Charlie Kirk Show."
If crime-tolerant, Leftist ideologues who LACK EMPATHY FOR VICTIMS cannot be yanked off the bench, then we will need laws that hold them culpable for aiding and abetting their vicious little pets.
