Cry Baby In Chief

By Tammy Derouin

The executive certainly isn’t wasting any time, is he?  The lame wolf has predictably shown his great big eyes, ears, teeth… i.e., his intentions, all the better to devour us and our Constitution.

Just when you think a new low cannot be achieved, Viola! The wolf reaches into his hat of magical tricks to hypnotize and paralyze his dependent audience.  Those who are continuously dazzled by his smoke and mirror act can no longer see true reality. The side effects of buying into so many illusions without questioning the consequences is that eventually you are convinced that the suffocating smoke is necessary to survive and the clean, clear air is destructive.

The executive has dazzled his followers into believing that everything he says is true.  If anything, we should have learned that every statement he makes should be considered highly suspicious and questionable.  Unfortunately, he is rarely questioned.  If he were, he would have been exposed for the charlatan he is, a long time ago.  The press has only helped with the deception by not pressing him for the truth.  Instead, the executive enjoys cream puff questions with no substance.  Unchallenged statements become facts much like false statements become truth simply because they are continuously repeated.

His latest stunt is an embarrassing low.  This past week the executive officially became the Cry Baby In Chief.  He will stop at nothing to impose his will.  If you didn’t see his latest attempt to undermine our Constitution, you missed quite the performance.  He mocked human emotions and intelligence by manufacturing fake tears in yet another attempt to destroy our Second Amendment rights.

This was a performance worth watching....

The Why Questions

The Why Questions | The Z Blog:
I’ve had some exposure to corporate security and one of the things I’ve noticed is that much of it is based on what I think of as the “why questions.”
The protection of things like data is based on thinking about why someone would want the data.
The more obvious the answer the more obvious the reason to guard the data.
Banks put money in vaults because it is obvious why people would steal it.
On the other hand, the great capers are often based on going against the grain of the why questions. For example, why would anyone break into the office of a psychiatrist?
There’s no obvious answer so in most cases the offices are not secure.
Dr. Lewis Fielding’s office was burgled in 1971, because one of his patients was Daniel Ellsberg, a notorious enemy of the people, who was in league with lunatics trying to bring down the government.
This caper from Wall Street is another good example of how “why” questions control how people guard information.
You can be sure there was not a lot of people wondering why hackers would steal press releases, but now we know why and you can be sure the security of such things will be much higher.
The other value of focusing on why questions, one useful for reading the news, is to see who in the press is asking or even thinking about the why questions in a story.
The proof that our press is mostly a public relations department is that they never ask the people in charge a why question.
They don’t want to know why.
The Hillary e-mail story is a great example of what I’m getting at with the why questions.
The only question to be asked of Hillary and her flaks is “Why did she create a secret, off-the-books, email server?”
The facts show there was a rush to create this thing in time for her to start at the State Department. That was not a random act.
There’s a reason and knowing the reason is pretty much the entire story.
Now, normal people familiar with the Imperial Capital think they know the answer.
She wanted to avoid FOIA requests and Congressional oversight.
This has become so common in DC with the bureaucracy that it is fair to call it normal.
When the people in the Borg are plotting malice or mischief, they do it through private chat, e-mail and even Facebook.
Big fish do it strictly to avoid Congress, which is a violation of law by itself..."

Warmest Year on Record Is Still Bad News for Climate Models

Warmest Year on Record Is Still Bad News for Climate Models | Cato @ Liberty
"Yesterday, Jason Samenow of the Washington Post asked me for a brief comment on NOAA’s upcoming pronouncement of the warmest year in their record.
Jason runs CapitalWeather (or “CapitalWeatherGang” or “CWG” to those in the know in Washington) for the Post, and it is a very popular site as he may be the best forecaster around when it comes to D.C.’s hard-to-predict winter weather.
Here is what I sent to him:
Whether or not a given year is a hundredth of a degree or so above a previous record is not the issue. What IS the issue is how observed temperatures compare to what has been forecast to happen. John Christy and Richard McNider, from the University of Alabama (Huntsville), recently compared climate model projections to observed lower atmospheric temperatures as measured by two independent sources: satellites and weather balloons, and they found that the average warming predicted to have occurred since 1979 (when the satellite data starts) is approximately three times larger than what is being observed.
CWG would give itself probably a D- if it forecast 12 inches of snow and got only 3.
FYI, here’s the comparison, through 2013 (it was published in 2014).

News Station Puts Concealed Carry Permit Holders to the Test in Realistic ‘Good Guys’ vs. ‘Bad Guys’ Scenarios | TheBlaze.com:

"Active shooter situations are usually quick and surprising — so just how prepared are concealed carry holders?

WFAA-TV decided to find out. Building off the National Rifle Association CEO Wayne LaPierre’s famous statement that “the only thing that stops a bad guy with a gun is a good guy with a gun,” the news station decided to put a group of “good guys” to the test and enlisted the help of Shawn Clary, a SWAT team member and tactical instructor with 22 years experience as a “bad guy.”

Electronic Doomsday for the US?

Electronic Doomsday for the US?:
  • The recent North Korean nuclear and the Iranian ballistic missile tests are serious deadly threats to the United States. North Korea's latest bomb test is being widely dismissed by "experts" because the apparent yield is around 10 kilotons or less – which just so happens to be exactly the right amount for an electromagnetic pulse (EMP) explosion.
  • An EMP attack on the U.S. would leave the country with no electricity, no communications, no transportation, no fuel, no food, and no running water.
  • "Our increasing dependence on advanced electronics systems results in the potential for an increased EMP vulnerability... and if unaddressed makes EMP employment by an adversary an attractive asymmetric option." — EMP Commission
  • The recent military writings and exercises of potential adversaries would combine EMP with cyber-attacks, sabotage, and kinetic attacks against the national electric grid and other critical infrastructures.

School replaces MLK Day holiday with seminars on racial identity, privilege, Islamophobia - The College Fix:
New Trier High School, one of the nation’s top public schools located in Chicago’s posh North Sore, will not have the day off on Martin Luther King, Jr. Day unlike other schools in its district.
That’s because New Trier’s entire day will be devoted to “develop[ing] a deeper understanding of their own racial identities and the identities of others, and to better understand how we can all work to counter the impact of systemic racism in our lives,” according to the school’s website.
Students at the school’s two campuses will get to choose from numerous seminars which, according to Breitbart.com, are “provocative and highly political.”
Some of the workshops include:
— The Truth about Ferguson: The Investigation into the Death of Michael Brown
— Why Do I Have to Feel Guilty for Being White?
— Unconscious Perceptions of Race
— Disney and the Creation of Racial Identity
— Representations of the Middle East: Stereotypes and Islamophobia
— What is Your Privilege?
— Yer’ A White Wizard, Harry: Whitewashing in Cinema

How Many Agents Are Working Hillary’s Corruption Case? The Number Will Stun You. | Daily Wire
The FBI's corruption case on former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is back in the headlines, with the latest development being the number of agents on her case.
Former federal prosecutor Joseph DiGenova, who has sources in the FBI, told The Washington Examiner that there are 150 FBI agents on Clinton's case, which he described as "a very unusually high number."
DiGenova also told the Examiner that the FBI "is presently preparing subpoenas for the [Clinton] foundation's financial records, among other pieces of evidence."
He predicted that Attorney General Loretta Lynch would be forced to indict Clinton as a result of pressure from the FBI..."

The Story Behind the Worst Movie on IMDb

The Story Behind the Worst Movie on IMDb | FiveThirtyEight:
What’s the worst movie in history?
“Battlefield Earth,” featuring John Travolta as a dreadlocked alien (IMDb rating: 2.4)?
“Troll 2,” a non-sequel featuring no trolls (IMDb score: 2.6)?
“Ishtar,” the only movie for rent in Hell’s video store (IMDb score: 4.1)?
Perhaps it’s “Gigli” (IMDb score: 2.3), the movie that ruined (the first) Bennifer for all of us?
According to voters on the Internet Movie Database, it’s none of the above.
With a dreadful weighted rating of 1.4 out of 10 based on more than 44,000 votes, a 2014 Bollywood movie called “Gunday” is by far the worst movie in the IMDb universe.1
A pretty silly, over-the-top Bollywood action flick about gun couriers that features a love triangle and lots of comical misunderstandings typical to the genre, “Gunday” has somehow found its way to the bottom of the biggest movie database in the world.
That bottom is very far down.
There are currently more than 235,000 films on IMDb...
But the film made a misstep that has doomed it to the bottom of the IMDb pile.
“Gunday” offended a huge, sensitive, organized and social-media-savvy group of people who were encouraged to mobilize to protest the movie by giving it the lowest rating possible on IMDb...
The protest against “Gunday” is the most recent cause célèbre of a Bangladeshi nationalist movement called Gonojagoron Moncho, or National Awakening Stage.
Gonojagoron Moncho was founded in response to the trial of Abdul Quader Molla, a Bangladeshi Islamist leader who last year was found guilty of killing hundreds of civilians as part of a paramilitary wing during Bangladesh’s liberation war from Pakistan in 1971..."

GERMAN JUSTICE MINISTER: Cologne Attacks Planned In Advance.
Germany’s Justice Minister Heiko Maas was the latest high-profile politician to speak out about the string of sexual assaults in Cologne on Sunday. In an interview with the popular “Bild am Sonntag” newspaper, Maas voiced his suspicions that the crimes which have the whole country reeling were not the result of an opportunistic mob mentality but a thought-out, planned attack on the city’s women.

“No one can tell me that it wasn’t coordinated and prepared,” the minister said. “My suspicion is that this specific date was picked, and a certain number of people expected. This would again add another dimension [to the crimes].”

The newspaper provided details from official police reports citing the use of social networks by some north African migrant communities to encourage their fellows to join them in the square between the Cologne train station and the cathedral, where the now hundreds of incidents of molestation and pick-pocketing took place.
His biggest worry, though, is that this will provoke anger at immigrants."

Fewer U.S.-Born Citizens Working While More Foreign-Born Residents Find Jobs

Fewer U.S.-Born Citizens Working While More Foreign-Born Residents Find Jobs | NumbersUSA: "Acording to the recent Bureau of Labor Statistics jobs report released last Friday, U.S.-born citizens lost 320,000 jobs while foreign-born residents gained 306,000.
This keeps with the growing trend that the number of jobs held by foreign-born residents has steadily increased at a faster rate than the number of jobs held by U.S.- born residents since 2009.
Since 1970, after Congress lifted immigration caps, the foreign-born population has increased by more than 325% while wages remain stagnant.
In September nearly 40% of people in the U.S. ages 16 and older were not employed or looking for work.
While many Americans are struggling to find work, Congress recently passed the omnibus spending bill that would quadruple H-2B visas increasing competition for low-skilled American workers.
A report from the Center for Immigration Studies found that if current trends continue nearly one in five U.S. residents will be an immigrant by 2060, due to legal immigration methods.

Here's what 'constitutional scholar' Obama really taught at law school

Blog: Here's what 'constitutional scholar' Obama really taught at law school
"Among the lies about himself Obama consistently repeats is that he was a constitutional law professor.
Lie one: Obama was never a professor; he was a lecturer.
He did not have the qualifications to be a professor.
Obama never published a single law paper.
He was hired by the University of Chicago when they learned he had been given a book contract on race and law directly after graduating from Harvard.
There was no book – just the contract, which he later reneged on.
This is not the normal level of accomplishment for a University of Chicago professor or even lecturer.
Obama was not capable of writing, and eventually, after failing to deliver, he changed it to a memoir, which he also struggled with.
Finally, he asked Bill Ayers to write his memoir for him, using tapes that Michelle dropped off at the Ayerses'.
Lie two: Obama did not specialize in the Constitution.
Obama cared about and taught only one subject: race..."

"According to Napolitano, issuing an executive action rather than an executive order will make it “more difficult and cumbersome” to challenge legally. The former judge defended his claim with a reference to the president’s executive orders on immigration, which were ultimately defeated in court by then-Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott (R), who now serves as the state’s governor.

“When he did the immigration shenanigans, he put everything in executive orders, we all saw it, we all analyzed it,” Napolitano said. “Then-Attorney General now-Gov. Greg Abbott, saw it, his team of lawyers analyzed it, challenged it, and they won.”

RAF Chinook Pilot Takes A Headshot, Still Flies Home To Safety!:
"In 2010, a British Royal Airforce Chinook, Bravo November, was on service in Afghanistan when pilot Flight Lieutenant Ian Fortune was hit by a ricochet from a bullet fired by Taliban fighters during an extraction of injured soldiers.
A US marines unit together with Afghan National Army soldiers were engaged in a fierce gun battle with the Taliban and they were taking casualties. Six men had been hit and were in need of urgent medical evacuation.
Flight Lieutenant Fortune landed the helicopter in a “hot zone” that was under heavy Taliban fire. After landing the aircraft was hit numerous times.
One round ricocheted and hit Fortune’s helmet at the attaching point for the Night Vision Goggles and smashed the visor.
The bullet then went up and went through the skin of the helmet, leaving holes in the visor which saved his life."

ALERT: Obama Hires Huge New "Staff" for Secret Project That Will Put Every American in Danger:

"Obama continues to put this country in danger daily. In an attempt to squeeze in as much leftist regulation before he leaves office in 2017, it looks like our commander in chief wants to expand the Justice Department’s pardon office, causing many to suspect he’s about to offer presidential pardons to a new assortment of criminals and put Americans at greater risk.

The Department of Justice recently listed openings for 16 lawyers in its Office of the Pardon Attorney, which organizes petitions for clemency and makes recommendations to the attorney general for them, according to the Washington Free Beacon.

The job descriptions state the new lawyers will assist “the president in the exercise of executive clemency.”

Anti-Trump NH Union Leader Tossed from Debate - Trump Takes Credit - The Gateway Pundit
ABC is cutting off their partnership with the New Hampshire Union Leader for the Republican primary debate on Feb. 6, an ABC spokesperson has confirmed.
The paper was set to have a co-branding relationship for the debate, though it was going to be a comparatively minor role, without any representative on stage asking questions on behalf of the newspaper.
In a series of tweets on Sunday, Trump took credit for ABC’s move, saying he asked for ABC to remove the paper from the debate.
An ABC spokesperson declined to comment on his claims, but ever since the paper’s participation in the December Democratic debate, the relationship with ABC had become strained, at best, a source at ABC with knowledge of the situation said.
Adding to the strained relationship, the source said, was the paper’s singling out of one particular candidate, Donald Trump, with front page editorials.
WMUR, the ABC affiliate which the Democratic National Committee had kicked out of participating in the December debate over a union dispute, will see anchor Josh McElveen participating in some form with David Muir and Martha Raddatz moderating.

"If you like your lights, you can keep your lights..........."-----Lights Out: Top 7 Threats To America's Power Grid

Lights Out: Top 7 Threats To America's Power Grid | The Daily Caller:
Revelations earlier last week that hackers linked to Russia attacked and took down the Ukrainian power grid are bringing to light once again major threats to the American power grid.
“There’s this combination of federal and state-level programs that are aimed at shutting down reliable baseload generation, such as coal, while propping up expensive and unreliable wind and solar power,” Chris Warren of the Institute for Energy Research told The Daily Caller News Foundation. “This includes policies such as the wind PTC, solar ITC, state renewable portfolio standards, and EPA regulations like the carbon rule.”
American homes, industries, and businesses are deeply dependent on reliable electricity, so threats to the consistent delivery of electricity put modern life itself at risk.
“This perfect storm of policies will unavoidably raise electricity prices on Americans and seriously threaten grid reliability,” Warren continued.
From the Environmental Protection Agency crusade against to cheap domestic energy and to renegade rodents, here are the top 7 threats to the American electrical grid.
1: Environmental Protection Agency
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has repeatedly attempted to implement regulations that shut down coal and natural gas power plants.
At the same time, the agency openly encourages solar and wind power, which also puts stress on the power grid.
Independent groups have suggested EPA regulations could be responsible for shutting down up to 81,000 megawatts of power generation capacity.
That is the equivalent of shutting off the lights of Nevada, Utah, Wyoming, Arizona, Colorado and Idaho.
Such action makes the power grid more vulnerable to other disruptions.
And the agency proposes so many new regulations that it creates uncertainty among investors, which effectively prevents the construction of additional conventional power plants that could stabilize the grid.
2: Terrorism
Snipers opened fire on an electrical substation supporting the power grid in April, 2013, near Silicon Valley, California. Substations are critical links in the power grid which make it possible for electricity to move long distances.
It took utility workers 27 days to make repairs and successfully reactivate the substation.
No one has been arrested or charged for this crime.
Jon Wellinghoff, former chairman of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, called the incident “the most significant incident of domestic terrorism involving the grid that has ever occurred.”
It takes more than a year to manufacture a new transformer, and transformers aren’t interchangeable, as each one must be individually built specifically for its location.
The country’s roughly 2,000 very large transformers are expensive to build, often costing millions of dollars each, and hard to replace. Each is custom made and weighs up to 500,000 pounds.
3: Cyberattacks
“The threat to America’s power supply from a cyber attack increases every day,” Republican Rep. Lamar Smith, chairman of the House Science Committee, told TheDCNF. “If just one major city were attacked in this way, the economic and societal consequences would be devastating.”
The increased networking of electrical grids worldwide allows for various time and money-saving features which make the day-to-day operations simpler, however they also make it easier for the grid to be hacked.

Obama lies AGAIN!-----Obama's Claims About Internet Gun Sales Are False

Obama's Claims About Internet Gun Sales Are False:
Yesterday President Obama dramatically announced a handful of executive branch actions related to the sale of guns.
The media event was comprehensively staged and included a social media push. Using the hash tag #StopGunViolence, the White House tweeted several dozen quotes and claims about guns. One in particular stood out:
In fact, it is illegal for violent felons to purchase guns.
And no one can just order guns off the Internet without going through a background check.
Far from it.
Internet gun purchases are relatively rare, but when they happen, the purchased items aren’t sent directly to the buyer but first must be sent to a dealer holding a federal firearms license.
Such gun transactions processed by a federal firearms license holder must include a background check, regardless of whether the sale is across state lines or not.
Gun transactions across state lines must be processed in the home state of the recipient.
So if you purchase a gun off the Internet from a different state, it will be sent to a federal firearms license holder in your state, and you would not be allowed to take possession of it until a background check is done on you.
Lots more. Read on!
