Non-profit founders, beware. Select your board with great caution, as at the moment you succeed in achieving our objectives, you may be at greatest risk from the people behind your back that you thought were fully committed to your cause....One might suppose that this would be the perfect time to build on success.
And for the rest of us, please try to resist the urge to “Badjacket”, backbite and gossip.
