The Democratic Party’s extreme rhetoric is coming home to roost.

If 10 people had been arrested as part of a conspiracy to kill Internal Revenue Service agents or Environmental Protection Agency inspectors, and the crime scene had been littered with graffiti and flyers echoing Republican Party talking points, the New York Times would have made it front page news and would have immediately done detailed profiles on everyone involved. - Washington Examiner

• But after 10 people were arrested for shooting a police officer in the neck as part of a larger effort to ambush Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents in Alvarado, Texas while carrying a flag reading, “Resist Fascism, Fight Oligarchy,” the New York Times ran one brief story, four days after the event. 
• And it didn’t even make the print edition.

If the planned execution of federal law enforcement officers by ambush in Texas were an isolated incident, maybe there would be justification for the story to be largely ignored. 

But it is not...
