Albertans look at the same thing and ask why anyone would willingly sacrifice jobs, investment and prosperity for a polling boost. 

• That isn’t merely left versus right. 

It increasingly feels like two different peoples with fundamentally different 

• economic interests, 
• political instincts and 
• definitions of common sense 

sharing one federal government. 

The incompatibility is becoming impossible to ignore.
