New York Mayor to Hide 500,000 Illegals. Promises to Ignore Immigration Laws | John Hawkins' Right Wing News

New York Mayor to Hide 500,000 Illegals. Promises to Ignore Immigration Laws | John Hawkins' Right Wing News:

"Mayor Bill de Blasio told Russian Television International that the NYPD will NOT be complying with ICE or federal immigration laws.

The relationship that New York has with “immigrant communities” is apparently more important than making sure that the letter of the law is upheld.

I’ll have to remember that next time New York wants to pass a silly law like, “My relationship with my Big Gulp is too important to follow your law.”"

Russian Election ‘Hacking’: FBI Is Not Investigating Trump Campaign | National Review

Russian Election ‘Hacking’: FBI Is Not Investigating Trump Campaign | National Review
Image result for trump russia"That supposed FBI investigation of collusion with the Russians?
Never mind . . .
They’re in retreat now.
You may have missed it amid President Trump’s startling Saturday tweet storm, the recriminations over president-on-candidate spying, and the Jeff Sessions recusal — a whirlwind weekend.
But while you weren’t looking, an elaborate narrative died.
For months, the media-Democrat complex has peddled a storyline that the Putin regime in Russia hacked the U.S. presidential election.
There is, of course, no evidence that the election was hacked in the sense that the actual voting process was compromised..."

A Tax Hike in Illinois Will Hasten the State’s Fiscal Collapse | International Liberty

A Tax Hike in Illinois Will Hasten the State’s Fiscal Collapse | International Liberty:
"Once of the reasons that tax increases in Washington are such a bad idea (and one of the reasons why a value-added tax is an especially bad idea) is that the prospect of additional tax revenue kills any possibility of genuine entitlement reform.
Image result for tax hikes problemsSimply stated, politicians won’t do the heavy lifting of fixing those programs if they think can use a tax hike to prop up the current system for a few more years.
However, if we don’t fix the entitlements, the United States faces a very grim fiscal future regardless of new revenue because the burden of government spending will be expanding faster than the growth of the private economy.
Indeed, tax hikes presumably will accelerate the problems by weakening economic performance, creating an even bigger gap between the growth of government spending and the growth of productive output. Sort of a double violation of my Golden Rule.
Well, the same thing is happening in Illinois.
That state is a fiscal disaster....
A column in today’s Wall Street Journal discusses this unfolding disaster.
…what about the state’s fiscal apocalypse, which is not only happening right now but has plunged Illinois into a bona fide financial disaster? …"

Obama's State Dept. Responsible for Setting Up Sessions' Meeting With Russian Amb.:

"Far from being some “secret” affair on behalf of then-Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump, Sessions‘ first meeting with the Ambassador Sergey Kislyak was organized by the Obama administration.

Heritage Foundation scholar, attorney and respected legal pundit Hans von Spakovsky wrote at the Fox News website Thursday that the first meeting took place at a conference on “Global Partners in Democracy” at the Republican National Convention in July in Cleveland."

You Can Tell What Leftists Are Doing By What They Accuse Conservatives Of Doing - Kurt Schlichter
"Suddenly the Democrats are coming out against their classic moves like cavorting with Russians to hack American elections and perjury (like you need a link), so who knows which of their foundational principles they will pull a 180 on and betray next:
Climate scams?
Free money for deadbeats?
Jane Fonda?
But they don’t really mean it – hell, without perjury they could never testify to anything.
Image result for democrats lieIf you want to know what the liberals are up to, just listen to the lies they are telling about conservatives.
They used to be able to get away with it too, but thanks to the interwebs Al Gore invented between buffet deep dives and sweaty masseuse gropes, the political playing field for liberal liars is now covered in rakes.
Lying is what they do because that’s all they have left on the left.
They have no foundational principles except power.
Their entire ideology is transactional – it’s not based on ideas but on payoffs to Democrat sub-sets.
Here’s some dough for the baby crunching industry!
We’ll hassle some Christian bakers for the SJWs!
Let’s put a bunch of cis-het males of pallor who don’t even listen to NPR out of work in West Tennetucky, or wherever they grow coal, to delight our global warming cultist pals!
But today the Democrats hold no levers of power, and they can’t dispense goodies anymore.
All they can do now is howl, whine, and lie, and try to mobilize the parasites burrowed into the federal bureaucracy to undercut the will of normal Americans.
They do this by falsely accusing us and those who represent us of doing exactly what they are doing and what they intend to do once Trump is ousted.
Their goal is to seize power again and permanently disenfranchise us – and they are happy to take the risk of literally ripping the country apart.
Here’s the utterly predictable pattern.
The media is, of course, a willing and eager accomplice in this coordinated campaign of deception and slander..."

The One Number That Shows Why Any Health Care Reform Effort Will Fail - Hit & Run : Reason.com

The One Number That Shows Why Any Health Care Reform Effort Will Fail - Hit & Run : Reason.com:
"... At the same time, though, a whopping 87 percent of Americans favor "maintaining the protections offered to people with pre-existing conditions under Obamacare."
That is, to put it mildly, a problem. We've collectively lost sight of what insurance actually is: a way to protect yourself against a possible future outcome.
Some of the people who buy the insurance will eventually be affected by that outcome.
Image result for obamacareOthers never will be.
But since none of us can know beforehand which camp we're in, we're willing to pay a little bit now for the peace of mind of knowing we're covered, just in case.
But if insurers can't turn anyone away, there is a strong incentive on the individual level to treat the system as something else entirely—and to not buy in unless you know you're going to need a lot of expensive care in the near future.
...The poll from CNN/ORC I cited earlier proves that hasn't changed.
It also suggests that any attempt by Republicans to fix the problems with Obamacare will likely fail the affordability test.
Politicians are rarely willing to go against the people who employ them.
Unfortunately, the people who employ them want the unattainable in this case: access to unlimited health care with minimal waiting at low prices that doesn't "discriminate" against people who already know they're going to use a lot of care.
That's not insurance.
It's a pipe dream."
