WATCH: Surveillance Video Shows Group Of About 60 Teens Vandalizing, Looting Walgreens On South Street – CBS Philly
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Philadelphia police have released surveillance video showing dozens of teens vandalizing and stealing from a South Street Walgreens on the 4th of July. The incident happened at the store on the 1800 block of South Street in the Graduate Hospital section of the city.
Surveillance cameras inside the store show about 60 boys and girls storming into the Walgreens at around 10 p.m. The group can be seen running around, knocking items off of the shelves and fleeing the store without paying for merchandise.
Police say the teens threw merchandise at the employees and hit a 46-year-old man over the head with a bottle, resulting in injuries.
The same group is accused of terrorizing and vandalizing other businesses on July 4. Eyewitnesses believe the crowd originated from Penn’s Landing and traveled up South Street, growing in size..."

Numerous officials who worked within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) are ripping the idea of decriminalizing illegal immigration, a proposal being championed by most Democratic presidential candidates.
“Everything they said about decriminalizing illegal entry, offering medical care for illegal aliens, they are talking about abolishing ICE, all of this rhetoric from the Democratic presidential candidates – it’s not going to help the crisis at the border. The last thing they should be doing is offering more incentives to come here,” Thomas Homan, former acting director of Immigration and Customs Enforcement, said to the Daily Caller News Foundation.

Sport can have political overtones but if politics becomes a primary component, sport will die.

The team flew over nearby Muemliswil instead.
Switzerland's Defense Ministry said Monday that the formation hadn't practiced the maneuver and got distracted by an unauthorized helicopter in the area.

Writer Warner Todd Huston notes, “Rapinoe raised eyebrows in the 2018 season by taking a knee during the playing of the national anthem even though she is playing for the U.S. Women’s National soccer team.
...But she right away said that she would never sing the ‘Star Spangled Banner’ again, nor would she place her hand over her heart because she hates America.”
Sadly, she is by no means alone. There are millions of ungrateful Americans today.
...What is the Fourth of July?
It commemorates that date in 1776 when 56 men in Philadelphia, representing three million people, agreed by voice vote to adopt the final wording of our national birth certificate, the Declaration of Independence.
They knew their lives were on the line by voting for independence from England, and a handful of them paid the ultimate price for this declaration.
...Why should Meghan Rapinhoe be grateful?
Because she was born in a country which gave her opportunity to “write her own script” as some might put it.
It is hard for me to comprehend ungrateful Americans."
