No construction order “open season” for squatting, theft, vandalism - Lens
Image result for intended consequence meme"...builders across the state say criminals are taking advantage of empty construction sites and near-completed residential homes – and the effects are destructive and costly.
...In addition to myriad financial consequences construction businesses and employees are bearing due to the inactivity, builders say there’s been a sharp increase in vandalism, thefts and squatters on construction sites, in some cases despite enhanced security measures.
Additionally, people are using the sites as dumping grounds for all manner of things from old appliances to electronics and more, likely to avoid fees at transfer stations.
...Although Governor Jay Inslee’s Office said in a statement that the March 18 eviction moratorium doesn’t apply to the ability of law enforcement to deal with squatters or vandals, Sundsmo said that in his experience, local law enforcement will “treat squatters like a tenant” and refuse to remove them from the property. Spall said other builders have reported similar experiences trying to have squatters removed..."

Michigan football coach praises God, rips abortion as nothing 'more horrendous' - TheBlaze:

Image result for flickr commons images Jim Harbaugh"Even now, as we all go through what we're going through with COVID-19, I see people more concerned about others. More prayerful. As I said, God has virtually stopped the world from spinning. I don't think it's coincidence — my personal feeling, living a faith-based life, this is a message or this is something that should be a time where we grow on our faith for reverence and respect for God," Harbaugh said.
Then Harbaugh tore into abortion and advocated for the sanctity of human life.

He still hasn't gotten justice?-----Zimmerman Prosecutors Deny the Undeniable As Lawsuit Proceeds - American Thinker

Zimmerman Prosecutors Deny the Undeniable As Lawsuit Proceeds - American Thinker
"George Zimmerman's lawsuit saga is unfolding though the Florida court system in the form of depositions and a powerful but little known tool called "Requests for Admissions."
...In the way of background, Zimmerman is charging that Trayvon Martin’s support team, including Martin’s parents and their attorney Benjamin Crump, knowingly substituted an imposter witness for the real “phone witness” in order to secure Zimmerman’s arrest for the 2012 shooting death of Trayvon Martin.
...Among the eleven defendants in this case, arguably the most vulnerable are the prosecutors who brought it, former state attorney Angela Corey and former assistant state attorneys Bernie de la Rionda and John Guy. Corey and de la Rionda have both since retired, and Guy is now a sitting Florida judge.
In reading through their respective responses, one gets the sense that Corey and Guy are setting up lead prosecutor de la Rionda for the fall.
...The prosecutors and the others involved have to be sweating the response of Trayvon’s actual girlfriend and real phone witness, Brittany Diamond Eugene.
The recent criminal justice graduate of Florida State University has changed lawyers twice already, but she has never lied under oath.
She has no compelling reason to start now.
Maybe that’s why she did not respond to her “Requests for Admissions”?

Image result for collaborating with the enemy"CNN published a report Monday from the Chinese People’s Liberation Army (PLA) about how the country’s Navy is reportedly doing a much better job containing the novel coronavirus than its American counterparts.
The report came from China’s English PLA websiteCNN noted. The network wrote that their Navy “has done a much better job controlling coronavirus than the US Navy,” according to the PLA.
Portions of CNN’s write-up are extremely similar to the PLA’s military press release.
“The report said that the Chinese carrier was carrying out this operation while four US Navy aircraft carriers — the USS Theodore Roosevelt, the USS Ronald Reagan, the USS Carl Vinson and the USS Nimitz — have reported cases of coronavirus, crimping their operations,” CNN wrote.
This was also noted in PLA’s write-up, as CNN noted in their blurb.
The CNN article even quoted part of PLA’s notice touting their job in preventing the virus..."
