OSHA Suspends Vaccine Mandate Enforcement | National Review

OSHA Suspends Vaccine Mandate Enforcement | National Review

Last week, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit fully blocked Biden’s executive order requiring companies with over 100 workers to mandate vaccination for their employees after temporarily staying it on November 12. The court ordered that OSHA “take no steps to implement or enforce” the vaccine mandate “until further court order.”

By its mandate, the Biden administration is claiming that the federal government, through congressional legislation, has regulatory power to issue a medical mandate for the sake of public health and therefore general welfare.

Ted Cruz confronts DHS chief over 'Biden cages' for migrant kids - TheBlaze

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) grilled Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas on Tuesday with questions about migrant children being kept in what Cruz called "Biden cages" at the southern border. Mayorkas told the senator he "respectfully" disagreed with his use of the term "cages" to describe the pens where hundreds of migrant teenagers were held at overcrowded immigration detention facilities in Texas earlier this year. "Fine, you can disagree with it," Cruz said. "How many children have been in the Biden cages? I've been to the Biden cages, I've seen the Biden cages. How many children have you detained at the Donna [Texas] tent facility in the cages you built to hold kids? How many children have been in those cages?"

War??-----Putin Blames Belarus-Poland Border Tension on West

"Russian President Vladimir Putin on Thursday blamed Western countries for using the migrant crisis at the Belarusian-Polish border to create tension in the region.
Speaking at the meeting with country's diplomats, Putin said he felt sorry for children strained at the border and accused the West of failing to fulfil its commitments in humanitarian fields.
The European Union has accused Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko of luring the migrants to the border to use them as pawns to destabilize the 27-nation bloc in retaliation for its sanctions on his authoritarian regime.
Belarus denies orchestrating the crisis, which has seen migrants entering the country since summer and then trying to cross into Poland, Lithuania and Latvia."

The scholar said the Illinois teenager charged with killing two men and wounding another during Black Lives Matter riots in Kenosha, Wisconsin, last summer "should be acquitted" and then should go on the offensive against the media outlets that have branded him a white supremacist vigilante before the conclusion of his trial.

Chinese dissident warns Americans they are already living in an 'authoritarian state,' they 'just don't know it' - TheBlaze

A Chinese dissident now living in the West recently warned Americans that in many ways they are already living in an "authoritarian state" akin to Mao Zedong's infamous Cultural Revolution in China in the 1960s and 1970s, but they "just don't know it."

And all who would dare disagree will hear from government!

Douglas Andrews: The Left Tries to Normalize Pedophilia | The Patriot Post
  • A college professor proposes a kinder, gentler term to describe society’s most depraved criminals.
"We knew it was only a matter of time.
Given the steady encroachment of the Left upon cultural norms and decency, and given its efforts to categorize the atrocities within the Catholic Church and the Boy Scouts of America as sexual abuse rather than homosexual predation, we knew it was only a matter of time before the Left sought to rebrand and de-stigmatize pedophilia.
As our Nate Jackson has pointed out, the empirical evidence in both cases is crystal clear, even if the Left insists that we not talk about it: This sexual abuse is an abomination, and it’s disproportionately perpetrated by men upon boys.
This doesn’t seem to concern one Allyn Walker, an non-binary associate professor at Virginia’s Old Dominion University, who prefers not to use terms such as “pedophile” and “pedophilia,” opting instead to normalize such child sexual predators as just “minor-attracted people.”...Read all!!!
We wonder what kind of “misconceptions” Walker is talking about. Is it a misconception, for example, to believe that adults who are sexually attracted to children are depraved, or that child sexual predation is a crime of unspeakable evil?...More.

College rules against professor who defended rigorous math standards | The College Fix
"A hearing officer at a Nevada community college has ruled against a professor who says the school is trying to fire him for standing against weakening math standards.
In a report issued November 12, Truckee Meadows Community College Special Hearing Officer Vicky Oldenburg found that math Professor Lars Jensen violated several school codes
when he protested a new curriculum structure that essentially allows remedial math classes to count for college credit.
The report brings Jensen one step closer to being fired with cause....Jensen has specifically accused the school of engineering poor performance reviews as an excuse to remove him from his position.
In two recent years he received a review of “excellent” from his department chair, but he nevertheless received unsatisfactory reviews from Julie Ellsworth, his dean.
In one poor performance review, Ellsworth specifically mentions a flyer Jensen had passed out at a math summit criticizing the school’s eroding math standards, charging him with “insubordination” for continuing to hand out the flyer after he was asked not to...Read all!

...District officials informed parents that they will not be allowed to opt out of the curriculum.
One parent was particularly disturbed by a book taught to fourth graders entitled, "When Aidan Became a Brother," which the parent described as "full on gender theory" that teaches students their biological sex is "wrong."
"When Aidan was born, everyone thought he was a girl. His parents gave him a pretty name, his room looked like a girl’s room, and he wore clothes that other girls liked wearing," the book's description reads. "After he realized he was a trans boy, Aidan and his parents fixed the parts of his life that didn’t fit anymore, and he settled happily into his new life."

Horowitz: 10 places that show the COVID shots have failed miserably - TheBlaze

As bad as the results from the so-called vaccine are, just remember the efficacy is even worse than you think. When outcomes (cases, hospitalizations, deaths) are subject to reporting delays but vaccination rates are not, the inevitable result is an overstating of vaccine efficacy. What this means is that much of what we think of as waning efficacy may actually just be poor efficacy from the get-go.
