Why Are So Many Young People Dying Suddenly? - Intellectual Takeout
"If the push notifications on my computer are any indication, an alarming trend is unfolding before our eyes: young, seemingly healthy individuals are dropping like flies, dying suddenly.
It wasn’t always like this.
Now it’s different.
  • The other day, it was Baltimore Ravens linebacker Jaylon Ferguson. He was 26 and had played three seasons of professional football. No cause of death was given, CNN reported.
  • Then there was 25-year-old Caleb Swanigan. The former NBA player had been the 2017 Big Ten Player of the Year at Purdue University. The coroner report concluded that Swanigan died of natural causes, CBS reported.
  • A few days before Swanigan’s death was revealed, Danielle Hampson, the fiancĂ©e of X Factor star Tom Mann, died on their wedding day. She “did not suffer from any known health problems and her cause of death is unknown,” the Daily Mail reported. She was only 34..."

Tapping into the million-year energy source below our feet | MIT News | Massachusetts Institute of Technology
  • MIT spinout Quaise Energy is working to create geothermal wells made from the deepest holes in the world.
  • Quaise Energy wants to repurpose coal and gas plants into deep geothermal wells by using X-rays to melt rock.
"There’s an abandoned coal power plant in upstate New York that most people regard as a useless relic. But MIT’s Paul Woskov sees things differently.
Woskov, a research engineer in MIT’s Plasma Science and Fusion Center, notes the plant’s power turbine is still intact and the transmission lines still run to the grid.
Using an approach he’s been working on for the last 14 years, he’s hoping it will be back online, completely carbon-free, within the decade..."

Elections matter!-----Now we're going to meet with the Taliban about unfreezing their money?

Now we're going to meet with the Taliban about unfreezing their money?
"...On top of scheduling
  • a meeting with the Saudi royal family (who are supposedly persona non grata because of assassinating a Washington Post journalist) and
  • meeting with the unrecognized and illegitimate “president” of Venezuela, we’re now learning that
  • a delegation is heading to Qatar to meet with the Taliban
And what will be on the agenda there?
Why, they’ll be talking about unfreezing the Taliban’s overseas assets, of course.
But we’re not doing it to help the Taliban.
Perish the thought.
We’re just making sure they have enough money to help their oppressed people after the recent earthquake in that country..."

How mainstream thinking becomes a conspiracy theory and then later returns to being orthodox science!

"At the beginning of the Covid pandemic, the idea was voiced on the internet that Covid might have its origins in a Chinese laboratory, that it might be an artificially produced virus.
This idea was condemned as unscientific and a dangerous example of a conspiracy theory.
It now appears that many eminent experts thought this a very likely origin for Covid, but were persuaded to keep quiet about it."
