White House official's excuse for deleted tweet swiftly turned upside down by Biden's own words: 'On my watch' - TheBlaze

White House official's excuse for deleted tweet swiftly turned upside down by Biden's own words: 'On my watch' - TheBlaze:

On Tuesday, the White House claimed Biden is responsible for a forthcoming increase in Social Security payouts.

"Seniors are getting the biggest increase in their Social Security checks in 10 years through President Biden’s leadership," the tweet claimed.

But the White House deleted the post after Twitter users added a fact-check that noted increases in Social Security payouts are statutorily mandated to ensure that payments are commensurate with increasing inflation.

Seriously, can anyone name a well-run Democratic city?

Seriously, can anyone name a well-run Democratic city?
  • Democrat leadership has led to cities filled with crime and homelessness.
"As we draw closer to polling day, there is really only one question anyone needs to have in their head.
  • Are things better or worse than when America last went to the polls?
The problem is that you can answer that differently state by state.
A lot of people who fled California in the last couple of years, for instance, can say that their lives have improved by moving to Tennessee, Florida or Texas.
  • So let me narrow the question down a bit. Can anybody in any Democratic-run city honestly say that their lives — and city — have improved over the last couple of years?...

Horowitz: 4 immediate actions for conservatives to make the election victory meaningful - TheBlaze

Horowitz: 4 immediate actions for conservatives to make the election victory meaningful - TheBlaze:

November 9 is the most important date on the calendar. It is the date that will determine whether conservatives are finally serious about keeping Republicans on a short leash and not repeating the mistakes that squandered the electoral mandates of the red waves in 1994 and 2010.

DTE will end coal use sooner and build more clean energy, but critics remain - mlive.com
  • Michigan’s largest electric utility will hasten its retirement of coal-burning power plants and its investment in both more battery storage and 15,000 megawatts of renewable energy as part of its latest 15-year plan filed with state regulators.
  • Environmental advocates agreed the company’s energy plan is better than they expected, yet still found points to criticize – namely continued use of fracked gas and heavy spending on lobbying and public relations efforts.
  • DTE Electric President Trevor Lauer said the company is “doubling down” on investments to develop wind and solar energy to get “as clean as we can as fast as we can” while providing reliable and affordable power...

7 in 10 Americans Say America Is Heading Down the Wrong Track

7 in 10 Americans Say America Is Heading Down the Wrong Track:

Seven out of ten Americans believe America is heading down the wrong track under Democrat leadership, a recent Ipsos survey found.

Most Americans, 71 percent, believe the country is headed down the wrong track. Just 17 percent, overall, believe it is headed in the right direction. Perhaps what is more damning for the left is the fact that most Democrats, 56 percent, believe the country is going off on the wrong track — a sentiment held by 88 percent of Republicans and 75 percent of independents as well.

Much here!-----Yes, the Justice System Does Display Systemic Racism… For Blacks

Yes, the Justice System Does Display Systemic Racism… For Blacks
"Darrell Brooks, the black man who killed six whites and injured dozens of others in the Waukesha car attack, was found guilty of all charges this week.
  • Before he was served the verdict, Brooks made a mockery of our justice system.
  • He used every opportunity in the trial to belittle victims, made insane claims, and threw temper tantrums over the slightest inconvenience.
  • The trial failed to convey the seriousness of the crime.
  • It instead resembled helpless parents trying to placate a misbehaving toddler.
  • Brooks erased the gravity of the situation and turned it into a circus.
...The Waukesha trial should put to rest the left’s myths about systemic racism.
If anything, the system favors blacks....
Here is a sampling of how he acted in court...
