Blame Canada: Ontario's Premier Issues Threat to Trump That Could Affect Millions of Americans By Teri Christoph

It all started with the dire warning issued by President-elect Donald Trump to our friends up north that they'd best get the border situation figured out or there would be tariffs to pay.
  • Trump took to Truth Social with this warning: “On January 20th, as one of my many first Executive Orders, I will sign all necessary documents to charge Mexico and Canada a 25% Tariff on ALL products coming into the United States.”
  • This led Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau to book it down to Mar-a-Lago for a little one-on-one time with Trump.
  • Not everyone is seeing the humor in Trump's poking of Canada. Such is the case with Doug Ford, premier of the Canadian province of Ontario, who has issued a dire warning of his own to the president-elect...

This passes for humor? Or is it a threat?

There is a discrepancy between how Arabs and Israelis see peace, and that's perhaps what has made it elusive.

Clarice Feldman - @hahussain I should write this out in both... | Facebook - @hahussain
  • The Arabs see peace as such: ...we are willing to make peace with you ...if you reverse your victories and let us annihilate you -- Israel -- in peace...
  • The Israelis see peace as such: We are here to stay, whether you agree or not...So, if you want peace for the sake of peace, we'll be happy to sign it. If this means offering you some hard-won territory, let it be. BUT, we will never agree to any peace that will be the first step toward destroying Israel and reversing time to before it was declared in 1948.
- What I say, as an Arab:
Israelis cannot compromise on their sovereignty, so let's guarantee that for them and concede the land, since we have 21 other sovereign governments and millions of squared miles that we don't even use.
...that will still be a small price to pay to get Arabs out of this century-old conflict that has compounded our chronic failures...

McDonald’s Surpasses FBI In Number Of Shooters Apprehended In 2024 - BabylonBee.com

Fast-food chain McDonald's has officially surpassed the Federal Bureau of Investigation in the number of shooters apprehended in 2024.
  • Despite having thousands of highly trained agents tasked with stopping violent mass shooters, the entirety of the FBI was bested by a single part-time McDonald's cashier.
  • "Not again," sighed Director Wray, handing over his resignation. "I don't know how McDonald's does it. How did they beat us at arresting shooters, all while making perfectly crispy fries, a solid breakfast, and surprisingly good coffee? We just can't compete with the golden arches."...

'Guilty of the highest crime': Feds killing major government censorship op * WorldNetDaily * by Bob Unruh

"The GEC is guilty of the highest crime an agency of its kind can commit: that it weapon(iz)ed itself," Rep. Darrell Issa, R-Calif., said. "It weaponized itself in the name of partisan politics, targeted innocent people, and sought the censorship of American citizens. It will not be missed," Issa said. Members of Congress earlier had demanded to see who got money from the center, raising questions over the Global Disinformation Index, NewsGuard, the Atlantic Council, Poynter Institute and more.

'The walls are closing in': Researcher who hid results of transgender study now in serious hot water * WorldNetDaily * by Bob Unruh
A report in Just the News explains that "the walls are closing in on perhaps the most influential youth gender-transition physician in America after she admitted hiding the results of her federally funded study that failed to find mental health improvements from so-called gender affirming care, contradicting her prior characterization of the study's population to explain the results."
