• Think about it: Is there anyone whose daily existence is not directly impacted by energy availability and costs?...

No matter how much the Trump administration achieves through executive orders, fast-tracking permits or canceling billions in subsidies for pie-in-the-sky wind and solar projects, it all could be undone by the next administration.
That’s why it’s imperative that Congress enact the Affordable, Reliable, Clean Energy Security Act (ARC-ES) introduced last month by Rep. Troy Balderson (R-OH). 

To assure abundance and affordability, ARC-ES mandates an evidence-based, all-of-the-above approach to energy. 

• It requires that sources used for electricity are dispatchable 24 hours a day, seven days a week (and therefore are not dependent on wind or sunshine) and has the ability to ramp up or down electricity generation within an hour in order to stabilize the grid.

ARC-ES is not a Republican or Democrat issue. 

The need for affordable, reliable energy crosses party lines. 

• It equally impacts “blue” and “red” states. 
• Energy issues do not discriminate – the absence of affordable energy will make lives harder, or its abundance will make lives richer, for people of all races and genders...

What we saw for two weeks of COP30 was the same, old, doomsday prophecies. 

• “World still on track for catastrophic 2.6C temperature rise, report finds,” blared one headline from The Guardian, while another declared “Missing 1.5C climate target is a moral failure, UN chief tells Cop30 summit.”

With three decades of fear-mongering, there is value to look at some highlights.

• A 2004 article from The Guardian...“Major European cities will be sunk beneath rising seas as Britain is plunged into a ‘Siberian’ climate by 2020.”..
• 1994 video of King Charles, then the Prince of Wales, predicting catastrophe...His speech is so old that Charles was still married to Diana...“As our planet’s life support system begins to fail,” declares Hollywood icon Glenn Close...
• Greta Thunberg, while she was still a climate activist and not part of the more en vogue “death to Israel” crowd, suggested climate change “will wipe out all humanity.” 
•  In 2009, former Biden Climate Czar John Kerry predicted the, “Arctic will be ice-free in the summer of 2013."...

• While the nation’s declining birthrate is a factor, the decline is also from slightly higher enrollments at private campuses and an explosion in home-schooling...

When I discovered what it was when writing the book, I learned that even I as a young boy had not been told the entire truth of the first Thanksgiving, and the story I was told was somewhat mild. 

Over the years, it got worse and worse and worse. 

• I could probably sum it up by saying that the story of Thanksgiving as generally taught in the American public school system was that a bunch of haggard people from Britain arrived at a desolate spot at a very cold time of the year and didn’t know what the hell they were doing and didn’t know where they were and had no idea how to live.
• And then they met some Indians, some Native Americans, and the Indians saved them...

That’s essentially the story of Thanksgiving that people were taught...

A sitting Democratic senator is now facing potential court-martial proceedings after releasing a video urging military personnel to refuse legal orders from President Donald Trump.

The Department of War confirmed Monday that it is reviewing allegations of misconduct against Sen. Mark Kelly of Arizona, a retired Navy captain and NASA astronaut.
