"The End Of The EU": Merkel's "Heroic" Refugee Response May Destroy Union, Slovakia Warns

"The End Of The EU": Merkel's "Heroic" Refugee Response May Destroy Union, Slovakia Warns | Zero Hedge:
On Tuesday, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban served notice that he absolutely was not joking around about ensuring that an influx of migrants fleeing war-torn Syria did not end up “changing” Hungary’s “1000-year old Christian culture.”
So serious about this was Orban, that he built himself a 100 mile-long, 12-foot anti-migrant fence out of razor wire along the border with Serbia, passed a set of emergency laws that allow for the arrest and subsequent prosecution of anyone who damages his new fence, and then sent police on horseback as well as the military to enforce his new laws.
Here is the one-day result of that crackdown:

...As we noted on Tuesday, Hungary has begun sending refugees back to Serbia which is of course in no position to handle the influx even if it wanted to.

University of California Students Could Soon Be Granted a New ‘Right’ That Critics Say Will Turn Free Speech on Its Head | TheBlaze.com:

"The University of California Regents are set to make a determination Thursday on a new policy that would give students the “right” to be “free from acts and expressions of intolerance.”

First Amendment supporters have been sounding the alarm in the days leading up to the decision as they claim it would infringe on the free speech of students while attempting to shield students from things they might find offensive."

Global Warming: More Evidence Emerges That It's A Con

Global Warming: More Evidence Emerges That It's A Con - Investors.com:
"Extortion:
In the run-up to the Paris climate talks, poorer nations are agitating for greater reparations from developed nations to pay for their climate "damage."
It's further confirmation the warming scare is just a shakedown.
Evidence that man's use of fossil fuels is causing the planet to warm is a shaky proposition, and that's being charitable.
In fact, Earth isn't even warming.
Temperatures have not increased in any appreciable way in almost two decades.
Yet, according to media reports, some poor countries say they're victims of weather disasters, their residents becoming refugees escaping catastrophe.
These nations want the U.S. and other wealthy countries to cough up more than the $100 billion a year that's already been pledged to them to mitigate global warming.
More specifically, they're asking for "additional compensation for weather-related disasters as well as a 'displacement coordination facility' for refugees," says USA Today.
"And they want all this to be legally binding as part of the larger anticipated Paris accord."
Of course they do.
They know a good racket when then see one..."

Too damn easy!-----Attackers sever fiber-optic cables in San Francisco area, latest in a string

Attackers sever fiber-optic cables in San Francisco area, latest in a string:
"Someone deliberately severed two AT&T fiber optic cables in the Livermore, Calif., Monday night, the latest in a string of attacks against the Internet's privately run backbone.
AT&T is offering a $250,000 reward in connection with the latest attacks.
AT&T's fiber optic network is legally considered a critical piece of the nation's Internet infrastructure, and any attackers are subject to both state and federal prosecution.
The FBI already has an open investigation into 14 similar attacks on California Internet backbones since last summer.
...Security experts say the attacks could be the work of a disgruntled employee or of terrorists probing the nation's infrastructure to see how long repairs take.
FBI officials say it's possible whoever has been attacking the cables is dressed as a utility company employee."

Obama Explains the Problem With the American Economy: ‘Us’ | TheBlaze.com

Obama Explains the Problem With the American Economy: ‘Us’ | TheBlaze.com:

"President Barack Obama told CEOs on Wednesday that the American economy is strong and would be stronger if not for Republican gridlock in Congress.

“There’s not a country out there, including China, that wouldn’t look at us with envy right now,” Obama told members of the Business Roundtable in Washington. “Our problem is not that China will out negotiate us or [Russian President Vladimir] Putin will out-strategize us. Anybody take a look at the Russian economy lately? That’s not our problem. Our problem is us, typically.”

I bet he's got some lake front property in the desert too!

Elusive crime wave data shows frightening toll of illegal immigrant criminals

Elusive crime wave data shows frightening toll of illegal immigrant criminals | Fox News
"The federal government can tell you how many "Native Hawaiian or Other Pacific Islanders" stole a car, the precise number of "American Indian or Alaska Natives" who were arrested for vagrancy or how many whites were busted for counterfeiting in any given year.
But the government agencies that crunch crime numbers are utterly unable -- or unwilling -- to pinpoint for the public how many illegal immigrants are arrested within U.S. borders each year.
In the absence of comprehensive data, FoxNews.com examined a patchwork of local, state and federal statistics that revealed a wildly disproportionate number of murderers, rapists and drug dealers are crossing into the U.S. amid the wave of hard-working families seeking a better life.
The explosive figures show illegal immigrants are three times as likely to be convicted of murder as members of the general population and account for far more crimes than their 3.5-percent share of the U.S. population would suggest.
Critics say it is no accident that local, state and federal governments go to great lengths to keep the data under wraps..."

IT BEGINS: Muslim demands Munich end ‘anti-Islamic’ Oktoberfest

IT BEGINS: Muslim demands Munich end ‘anti-Islamic’ Oktoberfest | The American Mirror:
It was only a matter of time before the “refugees” and their sympathizers pouring into Europe would begin to impose their Islamic will.
Morad Almuradi, writing from the Netherlands, has created a petition on Change.org asking that the city council of Munich, Germany end the traditional 16-day Oktoberfest event.
He writes:
Dear City council of Munich,
I am writing this letter to bring to your attention something that I and many Muslims believe is unfair and requires attention.
I would like to inform you that the Oktoberfest is an Intolerant and Anti-Islamic event.
We tried to ignore the event, but there too many Un-Islamic acts done at the Oktoberfest. Such as alcohol consumption, public nudity etc.

We are doomed----13 years of public education. Now Kollege----Michigan TE Jake Butt Asks if Hillary Clinton is Married

Michigan TE Jake Butt Asks if Hillary Clinton is Married - Lost Lettermen:
"College football players today are young.
Like, super young.
Michigan TE Jake Butt was born on July 11, 1995, meaning he was just five years old when Bill Clinton left the office of U.S. president.
It’s not Jake Butt’s fault for having little to no memory of the Clinton presidency.
It is, however, kind of weird that he didn’t know he existed."

Obama issues Orwellian executive order

Obama issues Orwellian executive order:

"Two figures whose research played a key role in bringing the new initiative to fruition were Harvard Law School professor Cass Sunstein (once deemed Obama’s regulatory czar), and Richard Thaler, a University of Chicago economist, the Daily Beast reported Tuesday.

“The two behavioral scientists argued in their 2008 book ‘Nudge’ that government policies can be designed in a way that ‘nudges’ citizens toward certain behaviors and choices,” the Daily Beast reported.

Obama’s executive order requires SBST to issue guidance to federal agencies on how to implement his policy directive within the next 45 days.

SBST will also consider different ways of labeling “benefits, taxes, subsidies, and other incentives” to “more effectively and efficiently promote” the president’s policy goal."

Surprise: Latest Alleged Cop Killer Was Part of Violent Black Lives Matter Movement

Surprise: Latest Alleged Cop Killer Was Part of Violent Black Lives Matter Movement - Katie Pavlich:
"Two weeks ago I wrote a piece titled, Exposing The Black Lives Matter Movement For What It Is: Promotion of Cop Killing.
In the piece, I pointed to evidence of cop killer glorification and rhetoric used by the movement promoting the execution of police officers.
After all, "pigs in a blanket" is a heinous description of dead police officers in body bags.
Over the weekend, Kentucky State Trooper Joseph Cameron Ponder was trying to help Joseph Thomas Johnson-Shanks during a traffic stop.
After discovering Johnson-Shanks' license was expired, Ponder was shot dead.
Eventually Johnson-Shanks was chased down by other officers and when he refused to drop his weapon, he was killed.
It turns out, Johnson-Shanks was part of the Black Lives Matter Movement, the bogus "hands up don't shoot" narrative and attended the funeral of Michael Brown (who was killed by a police officer after attempting to take away his firearm in a patrol car) in Ferguson, Missouri last year. WeaselZippers has the exclusive:
He had a long criminal history.
But perhaps significantly one arrest, for ‘interfering with an officer’ was on August 11, two days after Michael Brown was killed.
Not only was he a Ferguson protester, but he went to Michael Brown’s funeral and burial in a limo the type usually reserved for family or close friends.
In that limo he is riding with people from NAN, Al Sharpton’s group.
Meanwhile, 25 police officers have been killed this year. Many of them have been executions and ambushes."

The Most Important Piece Of Advice For Republicans Running for President

The Most Important Piece Of Advice For Republicans Running for President - John Hawkins - Page 1:
"Here are the current rules of the political game in America.
When Democrats are in office, they move the country to the Left as quickly as possible.
When Republicans are in office, the country still moves to the Left, albeit more slowly; so the GOP can claim it’s "gotten something done."
Democrats like Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama have been caught in enough scandals, committed enough gaffes and made enough mistakes to destroy any Republican ten times over; yet they've gotten a pass.
Meanwhile, Republicans live in holy terror of having their political careers destroyed by having a quote in a speech taken out of context.
The Republican Party has become entirely ineffective at communicating conservative principles to the American people and for the most part, has given up on even trying..."

You’ll be STUNNED by how many Muslim migrants the United States is taking in yearly | John Hawkins' Right Wing News

You’ll be STUNNED by how many Muslim migrants the United States is taking in yearly | John Hawkins' Right Wing News:

"In 2013 alone, 117,423 migrants from Muslim-majority countries were permanently resettled within the United States— having been given lawful permanent resident status. Additionally in 2013, the United States voluntarily admitted an extra 122,921 temporary migrants from Muslim countries as foreign students and foreign workers as well as 39,932 refugees and asylees from Muslim countries.

Thus, twelve years after the September 11th hijackers were invited into the country on temporary visas, the U.S. decided to admit 280,276 migrants from Muslim countries within a single fiscal year.

To put these numbers into perspective, this means that every year the U.S. admits a number of Muslim migrants larger in size than the entire population of Des Moines, Iowa; Lincoln, Nebraska; or Dayton, Ohio.

The rate of Muslim immigration has been increasing since September 11. Between 2001 and 2013, the United States permanently resettled 1.5 million Muslim immigrants throughout the United States."

We are destroying ourselves.

Healthcare.gov mismanaged millions in government contracts, audit says

Healthcare.gov mismanaged millions in government contracts, audit says | The Verge:
"According to a new audit, the government employees responsible for managing $600 million in contracts to build Healthcare.gov suffered from major lapses in training and leadership.
The audit, reported on today by Bloomberg, was conducted by the inspector general of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, or CMS, which handles federal health care programs.
The review focused on 20 contracts worth a combined $600 million, 70 percent of which has been allocated, and found some major missteps in the process, starting even before the website's well-publicized IT woes.
According to Bloomberg, the audit found that CMS skipped a required 96-hour training period for employees overseeing contracts worth more than $10 million.
Despite not even having the training required to oversee a contract worth $25,000, the audit found, one employee was managing a contract worth $130 million for at least 15 months.
Federal standards for training won't be met until October of next year.
Frequent changes in leadership, the audit also found, led to confusion about who was in charge, sometimes failing to document the leader of a project.
CMS was also unable to hand over documents requested by the inspector general.
It is unclear if the agency leading CMS, the Department of Health and Human Services, has or will take any action against employees mentioned in the audit..."
