In any other field, that admission alone would be grounds for rejection...

Look, it is easy to blame the bureaucracy for all this wasteful spending and lack of oversight but the more information that comes out, it damn sure appears Congress is asleep at the switch and has been for years.

• I noted the other day that there are seven gates that approvals and reviews are alleged to pass through on the way to Treasury cutting a check - including an office of Inspectors General at each agency and none of them have identified anything like what Team Muskrat have found in two weeks - and they have been there for decades...

Name one democrat, anywhere, who supports ANY investigation into the fraud!

A nation whose population has been decimated by an unwinnable war has been rendered politically impotent by their. The right of the people to change course is even more important when they are being led over a cliff.
By accepting Zelensky's claim to legitimacy in the absence of CONSENT, are we conditioning Americans to accept this argument as well.

• Let's say we have a 2% tariff on a product, and if you want to sell it here, you can, and there's a program called UL which is optional and a lot of customers would like if you get UL approval for it, but it's not mandatory.
• And let's say this other country charges 6% duty on the product but also has a 23% VAT and mandates that your product MUST be registered and approved by a government testing and certification program which will take a year to accomplish and cost a hundred grand or so.

When we usually think of tariffs, we'd just look at the beginning of those two paragraphs, and say "see, we have a low tariff and they have a higher one, we should demand that we equalize them."

• But that wouldn't REALLY be enough to equalize things, now, would it?...
