As of yesterday, 56 cargo ships were anchored off the coast of California, from Oakland to Long Beach, awaiting permission to dock and unload. 

But you can’t unload if the dock is full, and you can’t unload the dock if your short on truck drivers. 

It may be about time to get your popcorn ready
