This week I was in court and watched a woman in her early 30s knitting in a jury box. 

The judge asked her why she was knitting. 

• She said she has to, in order to focus and it calms her, so the judge allowed it and she is knitting during a trial. 
• You've heard of support animals? 
• Now we have support hobbies. 

We've become so soft, so weak, so ridiculous, so infantilized where anything goes and is tolerated...
