CHILLING Video: Famous Liberal Law Professor Warns of Obama Dictatorship; Urges Congress to Act:
"Turley said that there is a new model of government emerging, one in which our Founding Fathers thoroughly rejected, and pointed out that when Obama announced his unconstitutional dictatorial powers, Democrats in Congress cheered him on.
“A dominant presidency has occurred with very little opposition. Indeed, when President Obama pledged to circumvent Congress, he received rapturous applause from the very body that he was proposing to make practically irrelevent.”

Obama Proves Again that Fundraising Trumps National Security

Obama Proves Again that Fundraising Trumps National Security:
"Obama opened up his remarks smiling and happily stating that ‘it is wonderful to be back in Delaware.’ He then mentioned the plane crash saying it ‘looks like it may be a terrible tragedy’ and assuring the people that his National Security Team would be in contact with the Ukrainian government to determine how we could assist and if any Americans were aboard the plane. By that time, it had been reported that 23 Americans had indeed perished in that crash.
It was then on to jokes and the chastising of Republicans for not approving of his constant efforts to circumvent Congress."

Dang! They almost got 'er done!------BIG UPDATE— Baptist Child and Family Services Withdraws Bid for Palm Aire Resort

BIG UPDATE— Baptist Child and Family Services Withdraws Bid for Palm Aire Resort (Video) | The Gateway Pundit:
The Obama administration has awarded a $50 million contract to a charitable group to buy a Texas resort hotel and transform it in to a 600 bed facility for juvenile illegal aliens.
The beautiful Palm Aire resort and hotel has an indoor Olympic sized pool and an outdoor pool.  Free Wi-Fi and cable TV are included in the simply decorated guest rooms.
The Palm Aire Hotel and Suites is set to be sold to Baptist Child & Family Services (BCFS) operating under a federal contract, pending local government approval, according to reports from Weslaco, Texas where the hotel is located. Weslaco is a few miles north of the Rio Grande in Hidalgo County.
The resort hotel for illegal alien children is reportedly the ‘first in the nation’.
Now this…
Due to backlash the charity received after the story was posted on The Drudge Report, Baptist Child and Family Services withdrew it’s bid for the Palm Aire Resort.
The charity said it was disappointed and that the resort would have been perfect for the illegal alien children.

19 FACTS ABOUT ILLEGAL ALIENS EVERY AMERICAN SHOULD KNOW... You'll Never Learn About These From Our Propagandist Media

19 FACTS ABOUT ILLEGAL ALIENS EVERY AMERICAN SHOULD KNOW... You'll Never Learn About These From Our Propagandist Media:
The following are 19 very disturbing facts about illegal immigration that every American should know:
#1 57 percent of all households that are led by an immigrant (legal or illegal) are enrolled in at least one welfare program.
#2 According to one study, the cost to U.S. taxpayers of legalizing current illegal immigrants would be approximately6.3 trillion dollars over the next 50 years.
#3 The Obama administration has distributed flyers that tell illegal immigrants that their immigration status will not be checked when they apply for food stamps.

#4 The Department of Homeland Security says that it has lost track of a million people that have entered this country but that appear never to have left.
#5 One out of every five children living in Los Angeles County has a parent that is in the country illegally.
#6 In one recent year, taxpayers in Los Angeles County spent 600 million dollars on welfare for children of illegal immigrants.
#7 Thanks to illegal immigration, California’s overstretched health care system is on the verge of collapse. Dozens of California hospitals and emergency rooms have shut down over the past decade because they could not afford to stay open after being endlessly swamped by illegal immigrants who were simply not able to pay for the services that they were receiving. As a result, the remainder of the health care system in the state of California is now beyond overloaded. This had led to brutally long waits, diverted ambulances and even unnecessary patient deaths. At this point, the state of California now ranks dead last out of all 50 states in the number of emergency rooms per million people.
#8 It has been estimated that U.S. taxpayers spend $12,000,000,000 a year on primary and secondary school education for the children of illegal immigrants.
#9 It is estimated that illegal aliens make up approximately 30 percent of the population in federal, state and local prisons and that the total cost of incarcerating them is more than $1.6 billion annually.
#10 The federal government actually has a website that teaches immigrants how to sign up for welfare programsonce they arrive in the United States.
#11 The Obama administration recently introduced the very first “unmanned” border station along the Texas-Mexico border.
 Train with illegals
#12 The Obama administration has sued individual states such as Arizona that have tried to crack down on illegal immigration.
#13 According to the FBI, there are approximately 1.4 million gang members living in our cities. Illegal immigration has been one of the primary factors that has fueled the growth of these gangs.
#14 As I have written about previously, there are only about 200 police officers assigned to Chicago’s Gang Enforcement Unit to handle the estimated 100,000 gang members living in the city.

#15 Mexican drug cartels make approximately 6.6 billion dollars a year “exporting” illegal drugs to the United States.
#16 It is an open secret that Mexican drug cartels are openly conducting military operations inside the United States. The handful of border patrol agents that we have guarding the border are massively outgunned and outmanned.
#17 According to the Justice Department’s National Drug Intelligence Center, Mexican drug cartels were actively operating in 50 different U.S. cities in 2006. By 2010, that number had skyrocketed to 1,286.

#18 Overall, more than 55,000 people have been killed in drug-related violence in Mexico since 2006. That same level of violence will eventually show up in major U.S. cities unless something dramatic is done about illegal immigration.
#19 It is being projected that the Senate immigration bill will bring 33 million more people to the United States over the next decade.

Senator Warns All Congress: Obama Threatens our Constitutional Republic:
"Known for his strong support of a secure U.S. border, Senator Sessions had a letter penned by him on the subject of the illegal alien invasion hand-delivered to all 535 members of Congress on Monday. He cut to the chase from the very beginning by opening the letter with the statement, “I write to inform you of a development that threatens the foundation of our constitutional Republic.”

Breitbart obtained a copy of the letter that details Sessions grave concerns about the impact of the lawlessness of the Obama administration regarding illegal migration into the United States."

CDC's Tom Frieden Says Agency Culture Contributed to Anthrax Lapse

CDC's Tom Frieden Says Agency Culture Contributed to Anthrax Lapse - Businessweek:
The most troubling thing about the Centers for Disease Control’s recent disclosure that 81 agency employees may have been exposed to live anthrax last month is that it wasn’t the first lapse of its kind.
Government watchdogs have warned for years about weaknesses in federal labs dealing with dangerous bugs. The CDC’s own report on the June incident details four other times that pathogens inappropriately left high-security labs since 2006, including an earlier case involving anthrax. While investigating the latest mishap, CDC Director Tom Frieden also discovered that a contagious strain of avian flu was unintentionally shipped to a lower security Department of Agriculture lab in March.
“What we’re seeing is a pattern that we missed, and the pattern is an insufficient culture of safety,” Frieden told a congressional panel on Wednesday. There may be more disclosures to come as the agency reviews its practices, he said.

What could possibly go wrong?-----Democrats partner with Detroit to offer absentee ballot applications via smart phones, Internet

Democrats partner with Detroit to offer absentee ballot applications via smart phones, Internet | MLive.com:
DETROIT, MI -- Detroit elections are entering the digital age with the help of Democrats.
Detroit City Clerk Janet Winfrey, alongside Michigan Democratic Party Chair Lon Johnson, on Wednesday announced a new smart phone and online application process available to voters wishing to secure an absentee ballot.
Detroit is the first city in the state to move to an electronic application process, although up to three more cities are expected to announce similar plans between next week up through the primary election in August with "many more" before the general election, Johnson said.
In the past, Detroit only accepted absentee ballot applications via mail, fax and hand delivery.
Johnson cited the inability to obtain an authentic digital signature as the reason but says new technology makes it possible.
"We know we want to engage the least likely voter," Winfrey said. "For this election, it is the 18- to 35-year-old, and we know that the least likely voter has their cell phone attached to their hip so why not be able to use their smart phone to request an absentee ballot."
Winfrey, who ran an unsuccessful 2010 campaign as a Democrat to become Secretary of State, said the partnership has nothing to to with partisan politics.
"It could have been done with the Democratic Party, it could have been done with the Green Party, Libertarian, Republican Party, it doesn't matter," she said, "What matters is that we have the ability now to use our smart phones to access voter information as well as request an absentee ballot."

Muskegon County Sheriff Dean Roesler facing criminal investigation for alleged misuse of charity funds | MLive.com:
"MUSKEGON COUNTY, MI – Muskegon County Sheriff Dean Roesler is under criminal investigation for allegedly misusing funds from an account set up years ago to benefit the county's Memorial Charity Golf Outing.
The accusations are detailed in a Michigan State Police report that is under review by Eaton County Prosecutor Douglas R. Lloyd. Lloyd was assigned as the special prosecutor to the case to avoid any conflict of interest in Muskegon County, Lloyd confirmed this week.
Altogether, Roesler is being investigated for making 13 withdrawals over several years totaling $2,290 from the charity golf outing account, according to the police report obtained by MLive Muskegon Chronicle.
At the time of the investigation, Roesler had transferred a total of $1,850 from his personal account into the golf outing account, the report indicated.
Lloyd on Tuesday declined to speak about the specifics of the case, but did confirm he received the Michigan State Police report after it was assigned to him by the Michigan Attorney's General Office."

LIBERTY REVIEW

LIBERTY REVIEW:

http://www.libertyreview76.blogspot.com/2014/07/america-by-tammy-derouin-i-went-to.html

We are perfectly capable of identifying tyranny on the silver screen and in our personal lives. We understand because we have unalienable rights; life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.  We understand nature’s law.  We have a God given right to speech, religion and to defend ourselves and our family and property.  So why do so many Americans have a problem identifying tyranny and abuse of power when it’s happening to America?
