Biden Admits Eviction Moratorium May Not Be Constitutional - Louder With Crowder
Joe Biden, the president of the United States, the most popular president ever, and a man whose brain is not literal pudding, told the press yesterday he is doing something that may not be constitutional. Also, he doesn't care because it will take the courts a while to declare it unconstitutional. It's the eviction moratorium. If you rent to someone and they break the contract, you just need to shut up about it. The CDC compels you.

Lawyer: Capitol Cop Who Shot Ashli Babbitt 'Ambushed' Her on Jan. 6 Without Warning | RealClearInvestigations
"...over the next 3½ hours, he and other Democrats, along with their handpicked Republican panelists and police witnesses, never mentioned the most lethal act committed that day — the fatal Capitol Police shooting of unarmed protester Ashli Babbitt.
It was the only shot fired during the entire riot.
...Questions linger over the shooting, especially whether the officer who fired the fatal shot warned Babbitt to stop before he opened fire as she attempted to breach a barricaded door inside the Capitol Building.
...Babbitt family attorney Terry Roberts said he has gathered evidence indicating the officer, a plainclothes police lieutenant, remained silent.
Far from warning Babbitt he would shoot, Roberts said the officer “ambushed” her from the side where she could not see he had taken up position in a hall doorway and had trained his weapon on her.
“It’s not debatable,” said Roberts. “There was no warning.”
...“Why were there no warnings given or escalation of command and force in proper law enforcement technique?” Gosar asked...Read all!!!

Greetings,

Capping off this round of the June budget cycle, local campaigns in multiple cities were successful in sustaining demands to defund police and reinvest in our communities despite President Biden’s call to spend COVID-19 recovery funds on more policing.

Cuban Visits Grocery Store for First Time

Jackson Jambalaya: Cuban Visits Grocery Store for First Time
"It is often said and often true that we take what we have for granted in America.
Few scenes will illustrate such as the video posted below.
A Cuban visits an American grocery store for the first time.
To say he is overwhelmed is an understatement.
Watch out for the onions while watching."

Cuban goes to an American Supermarket for the first time. From socialist Cuba where lines are long, products are scarce, and the constant struggle finding basic necessities has become an everyday normality, Yoel sees an American supermarket for the first time leaving the island. What is like to be cuban in socialist Cuba and then come to the United States? This is a very emotional and traumatic experience for many cubans who are not used to an abundance of food, the colors of the store, and the guilt of their family back home who cannot experience this.

Megan Rapinoe isn't Hated Because She's a Woman, but Because She's a Blowhard - Louder With Crowder

Megan Rapinoe isn't Hated Because She's a Woman, but Because She's a Blowhard - Louder With Crowder
Megan Rapinoe comes across as much more of a whiner than a winner. She uses her platform not to elevate, but to tear down America. She could be an inspiring figure to young athletic girls who have few idols to look up to, but she instead gets into scuffles with the president, sides with Colin Kaepernick by dishonoring the flag and the anthem, and takes a negative view of the country she represents at nearly every opportunity. It is for these reasons American conservatives such as myself, "celebrate" her loss on the Olympic world stage. It's as simple as not wanting an anti-American brat to represent our country. Call me an old fashioned fuddy-duddy.

'American Horror Story': Feds Pay for Full-Term Aborted Baby Parts
"The National Institutes of Health (NIH) granted $3.2 million in federal funds to the University of Pittsburgh (Pitt) to achieve its goal of becoming a fetal tissue collection site that could quickly harvest the organs of full-term aborted babies, according to documents obtained as part of a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit.
...According to a press release by Judicial Watch, which represents CMP in its lawsuit against HHS, the documents reveal the taxpayer funds were spent on Pitt’s quest to become a “Tissue Hub,” for the harvesting of tissue and organs of aborted babies of 6-42 weeks gestation.
“The NIH grant application for just one of Pitt’s numerous experiments with aborted infants reads like an episode of American Horror Story,” said CMP project lead David Daleiden about the documents obtained via the FOIA request...Read all.

Lunch video-----Was it Wrong to Drop the Atom Bomb on Japan?

"In recent years, many academics and others have condemned President Truman's decision to use the atomic bomb on the Japanese cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki as unnecessary and immoral.
Yet this interpretation relies on a poor understanding of history that both lacks perspective and ignores context.
Dropping the bomb shortened the war and saved countless lives -- both American and Japanese.
In five minutes, Professor of History at Notre Dame, Father Wilson Miscamble, explains."

Rep. Mace Asks Dem: "Do You Need ID to Rent an Apartment?" - Louder With Crowder

Rep. Mace Asks Dem: "Do You Need ID to Rent an Apartment?" - Louder With Crowder
You need an ID to do most of anything in America. Yet, for whatever reason, Democrats feel needing one to vote is like if Jim Crow and former KKK Exhaled Cyclops Robert Byrd had a baby. It's one of the reasons so many Texas Democrats ran away to Washington DC, where they proceeded to cause a super spreader event. They wanted to block Texas's common-sense voter integrity laws. Even though, most of them don't know why. As evidence of this, Rep. Nancy Mace took Texas Democrat Rep. Senfronia Thompson for a journey of logic she wasn't expecting.

Republicans Cannot Vote for the Infrastructure Bill If These Two Provisions Remain

Republicans Cannot Vote for the Infrastructure Bill If These Two Provisions Remain

  • "...The first unacceptable provision the Republican negotiators agreed to can be found beginning on page 510 of the text. It directs the secretary of Transportation and the secretary of the Treasury to begin a pilot program for a national motor vehicle per-mile user fee...
  • ...In a separate provision, Politico notes: An overarching trend of the legislation is concentrating transportation policy decision-making in the federal government. “If this BIF deal holds, it would put just a staggering amount of money in the hands of [Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg] to distribute via [DOT’s] own selection of projects (competitive grants) instead of the traditional formula-based distribution to states and cities. Just staggering,” noted Jeff Davis of the Eno Center for Transportation. This concentration of power under Buttigieg is intentional. It is a backdoor way for the administration to implement the Booker amendment to the AFFH. To get communities to comply with provisions of that regulation, such as eliminating single-family zoning...
