Senators Release New Jaw Dropping Details on Secret Service Failures to Protect Trump
“Our initial findings clearly show a series of multiple failures of the U.S. Secret Service (USSS) and an inexcusable dereliction of duty,” - Katie Pavlich
- "Approximately two minutes before shots were fired, the USSS Security Room, located on the rally grounds, was told that there was an individual on the roof of the AGR building," the report continues. "Shortly before shots were fired, a USSS counter sniper saw local law enforcement running toward the AGR building with their guns drawn, but he did not alert former President Trump’s protective detail to remove him from the stage."...
- "USSS Advance Agents for the July 13 rally denied individual responsibility for planning or security failures, deflected blame, and could not identify who had final decision authority for the rally.
- USSS planning and execution of security measures for the July 13 rally appears to have lacked a clear chain of command. USSS Advance Agents told the Committee that planning and security decisions were collaborative and could not agree on who at USSS was responsible for final approval or decisions...
Decoding the Sex Trafficking Case Against Sean 'Diddy' Combs
Diddy’s indictment turns the typical sex trafficking charge on its head. Elizabeth Nolan Brown
I can't speak to whether the allegations against Combs are true.
But reading the indictment, a few things jump out that I can comment on.
- The first is how—once again—the Mann Act rears its ugly head, making criminal what really should not be a crime.
- The second is how federal prosecutors are (once again) stretching the application of sex trafficking laws to conduct that goes beyond the sort of actions they were originally pushed to target.
- And the third is how the racketeering conspiracy charge opens up the government to seizing way more assets than they would otherwise be allowed to seize...
Law Enforcement Group Backing Kamala Harris Exposed as a Sham Matt Margolis
Did you hear the story about a national law enforcement organization that came out and endorsed Kamala Harris?
The group, Police Leaders for Community Safety, made their endorsement Monday via press release.
“This endorsement reflects Vice President Harris’ track record and unwavering commitment to public safety and the rule of law,”...There's just one problem.
The group, Police Leaders for Community Safety, made their endorsement Monday via press release.
“This endorsement reflects Vice President Harris’ track record and unwavering commitment to public safety and the rule of law,”...
- This group didn't even exist until a few months ago. Even USA Today noted in its report that the Police Leaders for Community Safety organization "was created in [June] 2024 as a non-partisan 501(c)4, and describes itself as an organization that represents dozens of police officials."...
Foreign collusion? FCC moves with 'unprecedented' speed to approve Soros' capture of 200 radio stations with foreign cash just before election | Blaze Media
Foreign collusion? FCC moves with 'unprecedented' speed to approve Soros' capture of 200 radio stations with foreign cash just before election | Blaze Media:
Media Research Center noted in its April petition to deny the "special Soros shortcut" that "the Soros group expressly states in their FCC filing that they have determined that the aggregate level of foreign ownership in the company when it emerges from bankruptcy will exceed the 25 percent limit specified in Section 310(b)(4) of the Communications Act due to the various entities that it expects to hold voting or equity interests."
Audacy requested that the five-member FCC, which has a Democratic majority, take the unprecedented step of not only waiving the foreign ownership restriction in order to allow the purchase to move forward but of putting off a national security review of the stations' foreign-interest holders.
Our So-called ‘Experts’ and their Silly Group-speak Letters - Victor Davis Hanson
As a general rule, anytime we read an election-cycle solicited letter from retired functionaries, replete with their grandiose former titles, we should completely discount it. By Victor Davis Hanson
- One of the most preposterous recent trends has been the political use of supposed expert letters and declarations of support from so-called “authorities.”
- These pretentious testimonies of purported professionalism...are used by politicians to impress and persuade the public to follow the “expertise,” “science,” or “authorities” to support all sorts of injurious initiatives and policies—of dubious value and otherwise without much political support.
- Think of all the health experts who collectively swore to us that the COVID mRNA vaccinations would give us ironclad and lasting protection from being either infectious or infected and were without any side effects.
- Other “authorities” assured us the first nationwide lockdown in U.S. history would stop COVID without hurting the social or economic life of the country.
- Ditto testimonies about the pangolin-bat origins of COVID or the authenticity of the bogus Steele dossier.
- Do we still remember the 1,200 healthcare “professionals” who in June 2020 told us that hitting the streets in mass numbers to protest during the post-George Floyd riots was a legitimate exemption from their own prior insistence on a complete nationwide quarantine?...

Arizona court allows nearly 98K without citizenship confirmation to vote over decades-old gov't error | Blaze Media:

US homelessness explodes after hitting record last year as migrants flood streets
US homelessness explodes after hitting record last year as migrants flood streets - Jared Downing
- Illegal migrants flooding the US are contributing to what could be the highest number of homeless in the country since the data were first recorded, with cities draining their coffers to fund shelters, a report says.
- At least 550,000 people were reported homeless in January — the same month the US notched the highest number ever of border crossings, according to an analysis by the Wall Street Journal.
This bill would turn governors into tyrants, no legislature needed | Blaze Media
This bill would turn governors into tyrants, no legislature needed | Blaze Media:
Even more concerning, the PHEAA would allow governors to declare and implement public health emergencies based on “the little information that is then available,” including the premise of an “unknown disease.”
In other words, governors could use minimal information to enact unilateral measures such as business and school closures, surveillance, quarantine, testing, suspension of statutes, or other rules and gain access to electronic security systems through work, school, general notifications, and more.
Once a public health emergency is declared, the PHEAA allows governors to renew the emergency declaration as often as they see fit. The bill explicitly states, “There is no limit on the number of times the Governor may renew an initial or previously renewed declaration of a public-health emergency that has not expired.” So if you’re hoping for a break from a “temporary” dictatorship, don’t count on it.
Read all!!-----Instapundit - BUT THE NARRATIVE! Trump had tried in vain to have the military or National Guard protect the capitol from protestors well before Jan. 6.
A lie goes around the world before the truth is even out of bed.
- Every dope and his brother (or sister) regurgitating the DNC’s talking points will insist — as if it were gospel — that Trump “encouraged” and “incited” the January 6th riots.
Kamala Harris said in the debate that:
“On that day, the president of the United States incited a violent mob to attack our nation’s capital, to desecrate our nation’s Capitol. On that day, 140 law enforcement officers were injured, and some died.”
...But not so fast. JustTheNews has released sworn testimony that Trump had tried in vain to have the military or National Guard protect the capitol from protestors well before Jan. 6.
And wouldn’t you know:
“[General] Milley confirmed a second time during the interviews that Trump was clear in his wishes. “It was just what I just described, which was, ‘Hey, I don’t care if you use Guard, or soldiers, active-duty soldiers, do whatever you have to do. Just make sure it’s safe,” the general told the IG.”... - Charles Glasser

Newly Uncovered Video Shows Kamala Harris Repeatedly Yelling 'Down with Deportation!':
Just when you think you have seen Vice President Kamala Harris at her most dishonest and repellent, something new emerges.
A 2018 video obtained exclusively by the U.K.’s Daily Mail showed Harris, then a U.S. senator from California, chanting, “Down with deportation!” at a civil rights rally in Los Angeles.
The video also showed notorious race-baiting hate-crime hoaxer Jussie Smollett standing near Harris.
“The Enemies of the State”: The New York Times and The Fluidity of Advocacy Journalism - July 29, 2021
The New York Times has been at the forefront of this shift away from traditional reporting but has increasingly found that the fluidity of advocacy journalism leaves it without any clear framework or standards. - JONATHAN TURLEY
Consider the latest scandal at the Times.
- Justice Department reporter and MSNBC contributor Katie Benner went on a rave about Republicans and called Trump supporters “enemies of the state.”...
Notably, many of us denounced Donald Trump for calling the New York Times and other media outlets the “enemy of the people.” The media was aghast and the Times publicly condemned such rhetoric as “inflammatory.”
Now, however, journalists like Benner are engaging in the same inflammatory rhetoric and the Times is conspicuously silent.
- We have have been discussing how writers, editors, commentators, and academics have embraced rising calls for censorship and speech controls, including President-elect Joe Biden and his key advisers.
- This movement includes academics rejecting the very concept of objectivity in journalism in favor of open advocacy...
