Buck Sexton breaks down what ‘incitement’ really is after Texas shooting | Video | TheBlaze.com:

"In the wake of a foiled terrorist attack in Garland, Texas — where two gunmen attempted to slaughter those at an event for the best cartoon depicting the Prophet Muhammad — some have called the event an “incitement” to violence and questioned whether free speech protects “hate speech.”

TheBlaze’s national security adviser Buck Sexton took apart the argument in a web special posted Friday, pointing out that “doing something provocative is not hate speech just because those who are provoked hate what is being said or done.”

"Whoever would overthrow the liberty of a nation must begin by subduing the freeness of speech."

U.S. military dominance ‘no longer assured,’ says House committee | TheBlaze.com:

“[W]ith the continued diffusion of advanced technology, U.S. military technological superiority is no longer assumed and the dominance U.S. forces have long enjoyed in the air, sea, space, and cyberspace domains is no longer assured,” the committee wrote in a report detailing the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for fiscal year 2016. “Such a security environment demands that the nation’s armed forces are agile, efficient, ready, and lethal.”

Middle school children can be 10-11 years old---Schools Quiz Twelve-Year-Olds about Gay, Oral, and Anal Sex

Schools Quiz Twelve-Year-Olds about Gay, Oral, and Anal Sex - Breitbart:

A public hearing is taking place Wednesday morning in the Massachusetts State House to look into a controversial sex survey given to middle school and high school students.

Developed by the Centers for Disease Control and called the “Youth Risk Behavior Survey,” the survey asks students as young as 12 a series of very personal and highly ideological questions.
The survey asks students if they are homosexual and if they are transgender. It also asks if they have had oral or anal sex and if they have performed such acts with up to six people.
Whether or not they have carried a gun, smoked cigarettes, consumed alcohol and how much also appear on the questionnaire, as well as whether they have taken drugs, such as OxyContin, Percocet, and Vicodin. It asks how often their guardian uses a seat belt, if the youngster has a sexually transmitted disease, and where they sleep.
..The test is given nationally and not without controversy. The Chicago Tribune reported two years ago that a Chicago teacher was reprimanded for telling students they had a “constitutional right” not to fill out the survey.

"It’s 2015, the age of diversity, and he’s far too white, too male, too blue-eyed and too straight.
Rutgers mascotHell, only a tiny toothbrush mustache or perhaps a white hood could make him more indicative of the ongoing and ironfisted oppression of all manner of diverse sentient beings.
That, or something like that, is why students at Rutgers University say it’s time to make some changes to their cartoon-headed Scarlet Knight mascot of 60 years.
According to Rutgers’ The Daily Targum, the school’s student assembly has passed a bill that would fix the Scarlet Knight’s glaring diversity problem “by adding multiple Scarlet Knights that could be black, Latino, Asian, female or third gender in addition to the existing Caucasian Scarlet Knight.”
...“What we were thinking — the way the bill’s laid out — it’s not defined that we need an Asian knight, a black knight, a Latino knight,” the first-year student told The Daily Targum.
“That we would really leave it up to the different student organizations … and basically the student body as a whole to determine how many knights they’d like and what these knights would represent.”
He also told the paper,
“What we were really hoping is that this would be a discussion with the entire student body … So we would have a working committee of the different multicultural (organizations), possibly the Queer Caucus — basically students who represent a unique voice, and have them all working together at the same table to make sure red flags that arise with any of those groups — that mascot would immediately be tabled.”
That should go well."

New tool the left will use to ruin America---Microaggressions spring from affirmative action, U. of Illinois survey finds

Microaggressions spring from affirmative action, U. of Illinois survey finds
It’s a couple months late, but a March survey by the Racial Microaggressions Project at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign is getting noticed for its surprising findings about one source of perceived racial slights.
Inside Higher Ed reported this week that the online survey of 4,800 “students of color” in the 2011-2012 academic year found:
About a quarter of respondents said they felt their contributions in the classroom “have been minimized because of race” or that they were “made to feel inferior because of the way they spoke.” About 40 percent said they felt uncomfortable on campus because of their race, with “fraternity- and sorority-certified housing” being cited as the most uncomfortable locations on campus.
Just over half “reported experiences of stereotyping in the classroom,” according to the project report. Then there’s this from IHE:
The respondents described how other students seemed hesitant to sit near them in class, how affirmative action was frequently mentioned by nonminority students as the reason racial minorities were able to attend the university, and how they were often called on specifically to provide a racial minority perspective during discussions.
Writing at Minding the Campus, John Rosenberg sifts through the microaggression anecdotes in the project report:
  • “Assuming that an African American student was admitted to a predominantly or traditionally white institution simply because of Affirmative Action rather than merit is another example of a racial microinsult.”
  • Quote from “a multiracial female”: I was sitting in the library and I overheard other white students discussing admissions and laughing about how the only reason stupid Mexicans could get into this school was due to Affirmative Action. As a student of color, I found it extremely offensive to invalidate the hard work and intelligence of students because of their race. It also made me sad that this view seemed to have been readily accepted by all of the other people in the group, implying that racism is entrenched in many of the students that attend this school...

Traitors!! Politicians are taking money from military budgets and paying billionaire team owners so they can pretent they're supporting the troops?!!!------NFL teams paid $5.4 million by defense department

NFL teams paid $5.4 million by defense department | Local News - WCVB Home
Advertising maybe, but the "warm feelings" go to the teams and their billionaire owners.
I had no clue these "tributes" were bought by .... me!
And the funding our troops DON'T receive!
I'm sick of using our military/police/firemen as backdrops so politicians can sneak political gifts to massively rich donors.
No money goes to "teams".
It goes directly into the pockets of the owners.
Clear example of "Pay to Play"!
As uber-moron Biden has gushed, this is a big fucking deal.
It exemplifies the moral and political corruption that has metastasized throughout our country.

NEW YORK —The next time you see an NFL team pause to honor members of the National Guard, you way want to question if they had to pay for their appearance.
The New England Patriots are not among the teams.
U.S. Sen. Jeff Flake, a Republican representing the state of Arizona, called the Jets out specifically, for what he described as "federally funded feel-good moments" the New Jersey Army National Guard actually paid for.
The Jets agreement with the National Guard included a Hometown Hero segment, in which the team featured a soldier or two on the stadium big screen, announced their names and asked the crowd to thank them for their service.
The soldiers and three friends were given seats in the Coaches Club for the game.
While the Jets may have received the most amount of attention from Sen. Flake, they aren't the only NFL team receiving money from the Department of Defense.
...Here's a full list of NFL teams that have received taxpayer money from the military for similar arrangements, based on government records obtained by NJ.com:
1. Atlanta Falcons - $1.05 million
2. Baltimore Ravens - $884,500
3. Buffalo Bills - $679,000
4. Indianapolis Colts - $620,000
5. Minnesota Vikings - $605,000
6. Green Bay Packers - $600,000
7. New York Jets - $377,500
8. Kansas City Chiefs - $250,000
9,. Cincinnati Bengals - $138,960
10. Dallas Cowboys - $62,500
11. St. Louis Rams - $60,000
12. Pittsburgh Steelers - $36,000
13. Cleveland Browns - $22,500
14. Miami Dolphins - $20,000

REPUBLICANS COMPLICIT IN OBAMACARE FRAUD?:
Brendan Bordelon at NRO has a great story documenting the complicity of 5 Senate Republicans in covering up a fraudulent application by Congress to D.C.’s Obamacare exchange.
The application stated that Congress had only 45 employees, and listed fake employee names.
...The language pretty clearly indicates that Members of Congress and their staff can “only” obtain health insurance that is created by the Act or offered on an ACA exchange.
However one slices it, this means that Congress and its staff cannot continue to obtain the rich FEHBP health insurance subsidies that it has historically enjoyed.
But of course, President Obama came to the “rescue” and, by executive fiat, decided Congress would continue to get the subsidies anyway.  The“solution” announced by the Office of Personnel Management (OPM), was to allow Congress to obtain subsidized insurance on the Small Business Health Options Program (SHOP), which is open only to employers with 50 or fewer full-time employees– and Congress clearly has more.
...Oddly, 5 Republicans on Vitter’s Committee (plus all Democrats)– Senators Rand Paul, Mike Enzi, James Risch, Kelly Ayotte and Deb Fischer–voted against issuance of the subpoena.
So why are Republicans passing up an opportunity to rectify an Obamacare amendment-by-executive-fiat?
Self-interest, of course.
Tar and feathers are too good for these unprincipled weasels.
I say bring back the Sicilian Bull."

Journalists Hold Tom Brady to Higher Standard Than Hillary Clinton

Journalists Hold Tom Brady to Higher Standard Than Hillary Clinton - Breitbart
The transparency standards for an NFL quarterback rising higher than for the Secretary of State surely speaks to the bread-and-circuses quality of 2015 America.
We expect more from our gridiron heroes than from our nation’s leaders.
Perhaps the tizzy over Tom serves as a tacit admission that we also expect more responsiveness to public opinion from 345 Park Ave. than from 1600 Pennsylvania Ave.
No law decrees that a quarterback must turn over his texts and emails to the NFL the way that the Federal Records Act demands that the Secretary of State turn over correspondence to the government.
Yet the failure of the four-time Super Bowl winner to share his iPhones, computers, and other gadgets and gizmos with NFL investigator Ted Wells sends the Fourth Estate into a frenzy.
The Wells Report notes that “although Tom Brady appeared for a requested interview and answered questions voluntarily, he declined to make available any documents or electronic information (including text messages and emails) that we requested, even though those requests were limited to the subject matter of our investigation.”
“If he had nothing to hide, then why not give Wells and his investigative team access to records that might help resolve the issue?” reacts a Newsday writer.
“The fact that Brady would not surrender texts, phone records or emails suggests that there was plenty to hide.”
If only Newsday’s reporters, op-ed writers, and editorial board applied the logic to the former Secretary of State.

U.S. to Fund Russian Nuclear Security Despite Ukraine Sanctions

U.S. to Fund Russian Nuclear Security Despite Ukraine Sanctions | Washington Free Beacon
"The Energy Department plans to spend more than $60 million in Russia for nuclear security activities at the same time U.S. and European Union sanctions are punishing Moscow for aggression against Ukraine.
The Energy Department’s National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), which is in charge of nuclear arms and nuclear security, has budgeted the funds to be spent this year through an international organization called the Multilateral Nuclear Environmental Program in Russia (MNEPR), a little-known group, said administration officials familiar with the funding plan.
It is not clear how the funds will be used.
One official said talks between U.S. and Russian officials were held earlier this year regarding a program to remove nuclear material dumped in the Arctic Ocean by the Russians as waste fuel.
A second official said the funds would be used for an array of talks and other “feel good” measures on nuclear nonproliferation with the Russians..."

Obama Adding More Spikes to White House Fence–Same Guy Who Won’t Put Fence at the Border | John Hawkins' Right Wing News:

"The same president who refuses to beef up our southern border to keep criminals out of the country is now announcing that he is adding more spikes to the fence around the White House to make it harder for people to get over it. So… fences are good to keep Americans from the White House, but not good to keep lawbreaking foreigners out of our country?"

They hate US but love our money-----AMERICAN TAXPAYERS PAY MORE TO OPERATE UNITED NATIONS THAN REST OF WORLD COMBINED

OverpassesForAmerica – AMERICAN TAXPAYERS PAY MORE TO OPERATE UNITED NATIONS THAN REST OF WORLD COMBINED #o4a #UN #news:
American taxpayers will pony up around $3.024 billion this year towards the United Nations’ regular and peacekeeping budgets, more than what 185 other countries combined are paying, an expert on the international body told U.S. lawmakers on Wednesday.
...Putting those together, “the United States will be assessed approximately $3 billion this year, based on the projected budgets for the regular and peacekeeping budgets, while the 20 least-assessed countries will be assessed less than $37,000 [each] this year for both of those budgets,” he said.
“For the regular budget, the U.S. is assessed more than 176 other U.N. member-states combined,” Schaefer said.
“For the peacekeeping budget, the U.S. is assessed more than 185 other U.N. member-states, combined.”
In oral and written testimony, Schaefer provided the panel with other “stark” comparisons highlighting the disproportionate contributions provided by the U.S. in 2015, including:
–More than half the U.N.’s membership will be assessed less than $1 million each for both budgets (compared to $3.024 billion for the U.S. alone).
–The 119 members of the Non-Aligned Movement together will account for around $490 million (compared to $3.024 billion for the U.S. alone).
–The 56 countries of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) – which include 10 of the world’s 20 top oil-producing nations – will together contribute around $360 million (compared to $3.024 billion for the U.S. alone).
–The other four permanent members of the U.N. Security Council – Russia, China, Britain and France – will together account for around $2.523 billion (compared to $3.024 billion for the U.S. alone).

Party line or silence!---Calls For Resignation Of Dartmouth's Gay Black President

Calls For Resignation Of Dartmouth's Gay Black President | The Daily Caller:
"Students at Dartmouth College launched a petition drive demanding the newly-elected student body president resign after they say he was disrespectful to the plight of American blacks and other marginalized groups.
The twist: The president is a gay black man.
The controversy began last weekend, when a group of demonstrators paraded through Hanover, N.H. on Friday and Saturday in solidarity with those protesting police brutality in Baltimore.
At one point during the Saturday protests, the demonstrators assembled outside the sorority Kappa Delta Epsilon, which was hosting an invite-only Kentucky Derby party.
The students targeted the party as a bastion of racism, exclusion and oppression.
One of those in attendance at the party was Frank Cunningham, who last month was elected as the college’s Student Assembly president.
Cunningham was allegedly insulted by one of the protesters, who supposedly called him a derogatory name along the lines of “Uncle Tom.”...

"But Sharia law has already been implemented in this country.

Stand tall or these speech police will lock you up!---Dartmouth ‘Kentucky Derby’ party called racist, accused of recreating Antebellum South

Dartmouth ‘Kentucky Derby’ party called racist, accused of recreating Antebellum South:
"An annual Kentucky Derby-themed party held by a sorority at Dartmouth College has been accused by campus #BlackLivesMatter protestors of being overtly racist and recreating an Antebellum South atmosphere on the Ivy League campus.
A group of about 20 protestors crashed the party, standing outside of the May 2 function carrying signs declaring “black rage” and accusations of oppression.
They also used a bullhorn to amplify their chants at revelers.
“I can’t breathe,” was repeated, as well as, “What is Derby?
It’s the face of genocide,” and, “What is Derby? It’s the face of police brutality,” according to video of the protest.
They also yelled “our brothers are dying, our sisters are dying,” and held a die-in, lying on the street.
The Dartmouth Student Assembly President-elect attended the Derby party, and engaged protestors in a heated debate, which has prompted student activists to demand his resignation.
While the president-elect is a gay, black student who holds left-of-center positions, one of the protestors purportedly accused him of being an “Uncle Tom.”...
