In a July 22 interview on WABC’s 𝘚𝘪𝘥 & 𝘍𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘥𝘴 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘔𝘰𝘳𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨, Hornik laid out the numbers: 

• 𝟕% 𝐨𝐟 𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰𝐞𝐝 𝐯𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐧’𝐭 𝐞𝐱𝐢𝐬𝐭 in any legitimate record, 
• 6% used fake Social Security numbers, and 
• 10% didn’t actually live in New York City.
