In these days of judges essentially delivering court rulings based on their own political agendas and whims, there's a decision by U.S. District Judge Michael McShane that has gone constitutional.
He's ruled that language, even language that at times is "at times annoying, long-winded, aggressive, hyperbolic, and grandiose" actually is protected by the First Amendment to the Constitution.
