The state of California may have some explaining to do about the integrity of its voter rolls after journalist Nick Shirley found a voter the state claims is 126 years old and has voted in 51 elections.
The problem is, she's actually about 86 and says she has not voted in 51 elections.
Armed with the official information from the California secretary of state's own voter rolls, Shirley went to the home of "Doris," who according to the state was born in 1900.
