...even if what I post is morally true or factually true, or both.

• It doesn’t matter whether it is true. 
• It only matters if someone is offended.

I can also be imprisoned on the word and subjective feelings of anyone with ‘protected characteristics’, whose offence is legally a weapon they can use against me. 

So I’m particularly vulnerable if any ethnic minority person or Muslim is offended by what I say.
It doesn’t matter either if what I say is rhetorical or metaphorical, or not intended seriously, or obvious hyperbole, or satire, or a joke. 

Everything will be taken literally and anything can be punished...
