Months later, in October 2024, Atlanta police arrested him anyway — because Flock license plate cameras flagged his vehicle as the suspect’s, according to the Institute for Justice and local reporting.

• He spent 𝟑𝟎 𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐚𝐧 𝐀𝐭𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐚 𝐣𝐚𝐢𝐥. 
• His professor and classmates could place him in that classroom, and his Infiniti SUV didn’t match the victim’s description of a four-door sedan. 

The case was later dismissed with prejudice...
