Rob Schneider Unloads on Gavin Newsom Over Thanksgiving - Louder With Crowder
Rob Schneider Unloads on Gavin Newsom Over Thanksgiving - Louder With Crowder:
Commiefornia Governor Gavin Newsom has announced new regulations for celebrating Thanksgiving, effectively banning you from having more than three families over, and they can only be over for two hours. Also, everyone is banned from singing. Just because, you know (see GAVIN NEWSOM DEMANDS YOU NOT SEE FAMILY ON JULY 4TH, BUT THIS PHOTO LEAVES QUESTIONS ... and A BRAVE CALIFORNIA CHURCH IS TAKING A STAND AGAINST GAVIN NEWSOM'S TYRANNICAL SHUTDOWN ORDERS). To be fair to Newsom, there are probably families who actually welcome the excuse not to invite certain family members over. Or any family members over. The perfect Thanksgiving for me is smoking a cigar with some bourbon on the porch and having everyone leave me alone as I watch football with a turkey sandwich.

What Does The SCOTUS Pennsylvania Ruling Mean?

What Does The SCOTUS Pennsylvania Ruling Mean?
This could be very interesting. Shipwreckedcrew offers a very concise account of what this outrageous ruling could mean, followed by a much lengthier analysis:
Supreme Court Declines To Intervene In Case Challenging Changes To Pennsylvania Election Law Rules — For Now
The interesting part is the "for now," which we'll get to.
What this case is about is pretty simple. The Dem governor of PA asked the legislature to change the election laws. The legislature, controlled by the GOP, declined to do so. So the PA Supreme Court--controlled by Dem judges--stepped in and changed the PA election laws by judicial fiat...
...Why does this guarantee Judge Amy's confirmation?

MIT: Twitter Ban ‘Nearly Doubled’ The Visibility Of Hunter Biden Laptop Story
"Twitter’s crackdown on a controversial New York Post story that “purported to show new emails from Joe Biden’s son, Hunter Biden, about his business dealings while Joe Biden was the vice president in the Obama administration,” “nearly doubled” the story’s visibility and triggered the so-called “Streisand Effect,” amplifying the Post’s claims, according to the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a high-profile media intelligence firm.
“When Twitter banned, and then unbanned, links to a questionably sourced New York Post article about Joe Biden’s son Hunter, its stated intention was to prevent people from spreading harmful false material as America heads into the final stretch of the election campaign,” MIT’s Technology Review reported Monday.
“But thanks to the cycle of misinformation—and claims from conservatives that social-media platforms are deliberately censoring their views—Twitter managed to do the opposite of what it intended.”...Read all.

Gov. Gretchen Whitmer: 'If you're tired of lockdowns ... wearing masks, or you wish you were in church this morning,' then vote for Joe Biden - TheBlaze:
What was the reaction?
Some Twitter users who commented on the "Meet the Press" clip said Whitmer's insistence on Americans voting for Biden if they want lockdowns to end and if they want to go back to church sounded like a thinly veiled ultimatum:

Paglia: The Dumbing Down of America Began in Public Schools | Intellectual Takeout
"In the last several years, Americans have been sensing that something is seriously wrong with the current crop of young people.
True, they are likely to have the most education credentials any generation has ever received.
They also are technically-savvy, and as such, have a wealth of knowledge at their fingertips.
But in spite of these factors, today’s students seem to exhibit a character that is high in sensitivity and low in knowledge.
What gives?
Why are our students turning out like this?..Read all
Renewable energy is cripplingly expensive, hopelessly unreliable...
Facebook: -Alan Barron
Renewable energy is cripplingly expensive, hopelessly unreliable, massacres wildlife, destroys landscapes, destabilises the grid and causes climate change according to a Review published in the scientific journal Energies by a team of Irish and U.S.-based researchers.
The large scale transition to renewables in California has caused wide spread power outages and failed to provide enough power for the state at peak demand, and needed backup from other sources.
The review authors demonstrate, renewables – mainly wind and solar – do little if anything to reduce carbon dioxide emissions but are very good at wasting eye-watering sums of taxpayers’ money...Read all.
Joe Biden Insults Black Senate Candidate, Who Hits Back Hard - Louder With Crowder
Joe Biden Insults Black Senate Candidate, Who Hits Back Hard - Louder With Crowder:
Think way back to two weeks ago. Donald Trump called Kamala Harris a "monster," which was somehow evidence of his sexist racism or racist sexism. 'Member that? Because Joe Biden, who already has problems with black folk (see JOE BIDEN TELLS BLACK PEOPLE THAT THEY 'AIN'T BLACK' and JOE BIDEN JUST ASKED A BLACK REPORTER IF HE DOES COCAINE. NO, REALLY.), called a black candidate a "disaster." Not as much outrage. Or any outrage, since the rules don't apply to the left. It is what it is.
John James, the Michigan senate candidate in question, doesn't need everyone's outrage when he just dropped this nuke of a response.

The Toobin Zoom Call Is Even Worse Than We Thought. Here's What They Were Talking About
"He claims he thought he had “muted the video” but left it on “accidentally.”
But that’s not believable, because when turning the camera off on Zoom, there is an avatar where the video used to be.
How does he expect us to believe he did not check this before deciding to whip out wee Willie?
And worse, why is that a good excuse for flogging the dolphin during a work call?...And now Toobin wants the world to accept that he made a “mistake” and “accidentally” sexually harassed everyone in a Zoom call.
That’s what we’re really talking about here.
If MeToo has taught me anything it’s that consent matters and if a man exposes himself to anyone without their consent it’s akin to rape.
Remember that Louis C.K. was dragged for engaging in this same activity on phone calls with women.
So was Harvey Weinstein, who was reported to have sprinkled his house plant in plain view of witnesses.
The issue here really is, why does a guy do this on a work call unless he likes the thrill of getting caught?

Over 70% of coronavirus patients wore mask, followed guidelines - study - The Jerusalem Post
- It is impossible to evaluate exactly where someone contracted the virus.
"JERUSALEM POST-Face masks and coverings are not 100% effective at preventing the spread of the coronavirus, according to a September study from the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
The study, conducted in July, found that over 70% of the 154 "case-patients," who had tested positive for COVID-19, were infected despite making efforts to abide by CDC guidelines, including the wearing of face masks...Read all

Laws either mean something or they mean nothing. There is no other choice.--Michael Smith
There is no other choice.
The dates for national elections have been defined by law since the Presidential Election Day Act of 1845. Since 1848, every presidential election has been held on the first Tuesday in November.
Presidential election dates are not kept secret and are known by the populace literally decades in advance to anyone who owns a calendar.
To think that laws need to be modified to allow "extra time" to get votes in after the specified date is ludicrous...and yet, that is just what the Supreme Court, with a vote from the traitorous John Roberts, just did by upholding a three day period AFTER election day for votes to count in Pennsylvania.
Pennsylvania early voting began on September 14th this year.
...This is wrong.
As I said, laws are only laws because we treat them that way.
When we stop respecting laws, we are just asking for chaos."...Read all.

A "Free Speech Rally Against Twitter and Big Tech" was planned for Saturday at the Federal Building at U.N. Plaza, which is near Twitter's headquarters. The event was to protest Twitter's censorship of the New York Post's article about Hunter Biden's alleged emails regarding overseas dealings.
