Democrats muscled the ACA through Congress in 2010 without Republican input and without a single Republican vote.  - The Detroit News

• The promise was that it would cut the cost of health insurance and ensure that everyone would get coverage. 
• That, the Democrats vowed, would reduce overall health care spending.

Fifteen years later, those promises have not been delivered. 

The experiment has failed, and its enormous costs have become too great to ignore...

• In 2025, the average annual premium for employer-sponsored family health insurance is $26,993. 
• In 2010, it was $13,770, according to the KFF Foundation...
